I got acupressure and massages but the pain would come back in days. I went to see Phoenix and after one session I felt a great deal of relief. I started having weekly session and she works on my feet and shoulders and afterwards I felt more balance, increased energy, improved my flexibility and she resolved my chronic pain. Phoenix is very knowledgeable about the entire body, and its different systems. She asks excellent questions. She is the best. She absolutely knows what she's doing. I don't even have to tell her where it hurts-- she figures it out! She has a very professional and soothing presence and seeks to understand what's going on for you before the massage begins. She also checks in during the session to make sure the pressure feels right (it does!) and has a table warmer if you're about that extra indulgence. I always leave feeling like a new human, and even became teary-eyed after one session it was so good. Besides the professional treatment, the setting is warm, welcoming and healing. Phoenix takes all the time you need to be thorough and make sure she understands your needs. She appreciates feedback and is open and interested in your personal needs.

The massage and reflexology specialists were excellent professionals. I only wished the prices and bookings for specials were online and that there were options to be more "coupley" for a romantic valentine's special instead of so separate. It worked for us, but don't expect to be holding hands on side-by-side tables. Champagne and appetizer plates were a nice touch. Music was a bit loud and weird, but fit the mood they were going for. The main cave has not changed, parking is very limited and TIGHT, and the restaurant next door is still incredibly noisy (VERY loud chopping and banging sounds), but they have done a nice job working what they have. I still think the lighting needs to heat the salt for better effectiveness (instead of fluorescent bulbs).
