Both stars go to the dispatcher that seemed like she was trying to help me..... after being told it was a 30-minute wait 45 minutes later I started walking... in my suit. The reason I called this company is cuz they're literally right around the corner from the limo company I work with.... To add insult to injury about a quarter mile from my truck the cab drove by me he honked and yelled some profanity as if I had done him wrong! Lol To the dispatcher leave that place as soon as you can unless your family you can do a lot better than that.... 2 hours for me to get to miles! Thanks! You have one less customer to ever consider.... read more

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I WOULD !!! I was at Ano Thai Lao Cuisine in Vallejo last night (thanks to yelp... Yea Ano !!) who graciously called me a City Cab. We were told it would be 20 minutes (even tho' I was ready after 10 minutes)... No cab after 30 minutes. We called back and no apology or explanation why no call back either. Simply "Can you wait for (about) 10 (more) minutes?" Given their track record I said "NO thanks !!" and made other arrangements. PS A lady there (who ironically gave us the phone #) said they'd kept her waiting for 2 hours once. PPS I left a message for Karen the City Cab manager to call me back per my complaint- I'll update you if she comps me or something suitable etc. City Cab BOO !!! Go Ano Thai !! read more

Well trying to get an Uber or Lyft and neither could accommodate my part size, 6 people. I called City cab and was told a wait time if 10 minutes. The cab showed up in 5, for everyone in and was cheaper than Uber or lyft. They were responsive, quick, and our driver Bruce didn't mind our shenanigans. Thanks city cab and Bruce. read more

Ya right, this dispatcher for this company is total ahole. I called city cab and said that I am at my home and want to go to Chris' Club. The dispatcher calls me and says the taxi is In front of Chris' club and where am I after waited for 30 min? I said, you got it wrong. I am waiting for you in front of my house to go to Chris' club He hung up on me after saying that I was wrong. What a total d8ckhead. His name is Dennis and what a dick. Do not use this company. He does not care about customers, or making a mistake like everyone does, he is an ahole. Do not use this company. I do know what I said and waited and tried to be nice to this person.. I will never use City Cab of Vallejo again. read more

Because if the Covid 19 measures from the cab driver are taken. There are only one or two drivers for Vallejo now so sometimes the wait is hard or they may come right away. The dispatch ladies are always nice on the phone. read more

Terrible Service.. was Told It was A 20 Min Wait Then 30 Mins Later I Get A Call Saying They're No Cars Available.. waste Of Time & Money.. I'll Be Using Uber Or Lyft From Now On, They are More Efficient & Cheaper.. highly Dissatisfied read more

This year this company was absolutely TERRIBLE. I made a reservation on a Sunday to be picked up on a Monday. I tried to call their listed phone number early Monday morning but got no answer. At the reservation time, I called another number I found and the dispatcher told me her driver was missing in action. At least this company might have called me early to tell me of this difficulty. LOUSY SERVICE! Unlikely to use them again. read more

There serve was so horrible... First of all.... I call to request a cab at a half hour before I need to be at work. The person on the phone says, 20-25 minutes... 30 minutes go by...no taxi yet.... I call back They say, another 15 minutes... At this point I let the guy know that I NEEDED TO MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME, I needed to make it to work in that half our after I requested the cab originally... ...that's why I requested the cab a half hour in advance in the first place... Ends up taking them 45 minutes to show up... So I end up making it to work 24 minutes LATE....... Great service huh guys?........ This company sucks..... Maybe I should of requested the cab a hour and a half in advance for them to at least pick me up in a reasonable time... If I was you, the consumer...I would just reconsider using them as your service....because quiet franky.....IT REALLY REALLY REALLY SUCKS.... =) read more

Great company that doesn't overcharge!! All drivers are polite and kind!! If you just so happen to need a taxi in the Vallejo area you can depend on these guys. My driver Kristy Cheshire was wonderful!! Thank You City Cab Vallejo!! read more

Great customer service. City Cab said I'd have a 30 minute wait and referred me to another local cab service in case they'd be able to help me out. I really, really appreciate that! I did use City Cab a couple other times this week (my truck is in the shop), their drivers showed up faster than I was told, the cars were clean, in good shape, the drivers were super friendly and I'm a very happy customer! read more

The City Cab took long to answer the phone. The cab driver wasn't that friendly. Then tried to take me from Enterprise near Popeye's on Sonoma Blvd. to Wilson Ave. through town. Now why would you do that? Not good business! The Good Point was that he did call when the driver was closer to getting there. read more

If I could give this cab service a negative star I would. I called 5 hours in advance to make sure they had a cab available so I could catch my flight to Houston on time. The lady on the phone assured me the cab would arrive at 10 Am. I called to confirm at 9:45 and the lady said she had no record of my reservations. I asked if they had any cabs available and she rudely informed me that they were booked. This put me in a bind. My advice would be to use yellow cab. The dispatchers and drivers are really polite and understanding. read more

I tried to get a cab to come to my house and I called the night before to see how much it would cost to pay for a cab to Benicia from Vallejo they said $26.00 and I tried to get a reserved Cab to be at my house at a given time they would not then I called them in the mourning and they would not be here on time it would be 40 min and I said I try some one else then I called them back and asked go ahead send me the cab so I waited from 8:30 AM until 9:15 I called them back and they were rude and said I thought I said call Yellow Cab ....they never said that ....and I was about to ask them for the number and she bit my head off and said don't get angry and Hung UP on me so I called Yellow Cab they took me to my Doctors and they charged me $18.50 ......if I ever call anybody it will be Yellow Cab NOT CITY CAB read more

I function wit citycab on G.O.D.. If you come to Vallejo this the only cab you need to be in....

They hang up on you and are completely rude. I would rather walk then call these people again. Get another job if you don't like it idiots.

I am so upset with PM Services(after 5pm). The person who answer the phone is so very rude and act like I'm bother him. If That person don't like how you are talking them, then that person with not send a cab. Sometime without telling you. However Overall The City Cab Very poor custmer service. Very rude. Price always changes going to the same places, same route with both ways or they will go way out the way so they can charge more. I would to see this taxi service because when I first move to Vallejo, Ca. They once super great services, However folks here have not seen that service in a while. read more

This Service should not even get a full star...however that is the lowest I can give. Called City Cab Because Vallejo Cab never showed up. WELL...City cab pulled up to my house beeped the horn a as I opened the door to leave my house he pulled off and drove away...I WAS HEATED!!! I then called CITY CAB back and asked why their driver just left and didn't give me a ride..He dispatched to the driver and the Driver said he was gonna pick someone else u and then come get me...I told them I did not need their services anymore...in Hind sight I should have let them come back and then wasted their time by never taking the ride.....AND the guy on the phone was a real a-hole...what a horrible company.....head my warning..... read more

The women who answers the phone early am. 707.643.3333 Specifically on November 4, 2016 at 5:59am, not very pleasant at all. Very rude, I would suggest customer service training. Will never call this company again. read more

Even with a confirmed scheduled pick-up, the City Cab driver may decide not to pick you up. The dispatcher will not let you know in advance.
