horrible drivers. they cut you off. they're constantly in wrecks. always on their phones doing 10 under the speed limit and they still wreck. they think it's funny too they look in their mirror and laugh at you. black dodge caravan is the worst. has a paper tag that goes out may 30th 2025. hope you don't get that driver. one of the drivers is always smoking in her van. I use this cab company every morning to get to work. They're really great except for David. He is my only complaint. That poor man is in a pissy mood every single time I've ridden with him. He also will tell you he will pick you up but will keep you waiting for hours on end. He won't even tell you it will be a long wait. One of the other drivers told me that instead of calling one of the other 2 drivers with cars that they have, that he instead doesn't let anyone else get cab fare and will try to pick everyone up at the same time. Sorry, I had to rant. He had me 45 minutes late for work the other morning and left me here today waiting for an hour and a half just for me to call him and him tell me he didn't know when he would be able to come. read more

I live in Jonesboro and take a cab often. I don't use another company besides City cab. The driver has ALWAYS been super nice. I really do not believe one bit of the review (?) that you have posted. He charges the same amount in Jonesboro, no matter where it is in Jonesboro and is never, never rude. I imagine the mouth of the previous review (?) is where the rudness came from. I am not happy with this cab company and typically I do not complain nor post reviews. This cab companies very unprofessional. One time I called for a ride and they charged me $12 when they just charged a friend of mine $8 for the same exact ride the day before! Also, I called today for a ride and they specifically told me the driver would be on his way he just had two rides ahead of me, here it is THREE HOURS LATER and they won't even answer my phone call! The driver tried to rip us 2 off by charging us 15$ for a 2 mile ride. When we protested he said he didn't like overseas people and told us to get the f*ck out of the car when we gave him a 10$ bill. The ride should have been 2+1+2*9*0.2=6.6$. read more
