I've gotten the same woman both times recently. I don't remember her name although she did introduce herself. She was kind enough to flee I've me back to my house when I forgot my wallet about halfway there. She told me that I only had to pay the standard fee even though I added more time. Very kind and super friendly. Held a conversation and didn't make me feel weird or like it was pulling teeth to converse. Had her get me again the other day when I called for a ride and she remembered me and asked how I was doing and I felt super comfortable talking to her and sitting up front instead of in the back where I usually go. Very highly recommended place to get a ride and friendly service here in town. They also do out of town for a flat rate, I believe. I have been a loyal customer for 7 yrs and should be treated the way the young lady who is working on this day of 06/30/2023 is treating me I'm diabetic and if you tell someone you will pick them up at a certain time you don't call them and then say oh I've got 4 calls ahead of you when you've already scheduled them just because you don't like them that's discrimination and she should be fired for that .I've known city cab for a long time and want to keep using yall but what she is doing is wrong . read more

Called for a ride from the hospital. The guy who answered the phone was rude in general. Told me it would be around 30 minutes for a pick up. An hour fifteen later, never saw anyone and they wouldn't answer the phone. read more

One of the drivers (possibly the owner) hit my vehicle and drove off despite a handful of people to trying to stop him.
