Although I've been to Cost…read moreCutters, Super Cuts, Great Clips - ugh, and the Hair Cuttery, Joe consistently offers the best cuts that I've had. Even though I wear my hair in 1970s and '80s semi-punk rock-style, he's able to make it work, while keeping it styled. After he's cut the hair, and it starts to grow back in again, is when you can see how good his work really is. He provides little extra touches, like cleaning-up the eyebrows, and removing excess nostril-hair. Joe has a fun personality, and he's proud of his Italian heritage. He is knowledgeable about many things, including food. Somewhat of an old-school barber shop atmosphere, with lots of successful business-types stopping in for a cut. Sometimes, some of the unusual neighborhood people come wandering in with bizarre requests and/or comments. Well worth the $20 fee. Overall, I highly recommend Joe at Rosetta's.

Although we expected a complete and professional service. If Alex did NOT know how to cut his type of hair, he should have NEVER accepted my brother as a client & charge him. To have introduced another place to cut his hair, why enter Creative Cuts? Unprofessional. We have always gone to barbers. Calling to solve the problem, the manager is currently on vacation & no one can help. With school starting in a week, we now have to address the haircut ourselves. The business should take responsibility by arranging a correction with an experienced barber or issuing a refund. I'm also concerned about how the situation has been handled and respectfully request that management review the matter. The first photo is what he normally gets. The following photos are what he came home with AFTER receiving the "professional" haircut representing Creative Cutz. Honestly where was the effort, it was his first time there. Sorry the photos display out of order, however i did write details in each photo to show the bad haircut vs the good ones he received at other barbershops just fine.

Ever since I lost my last hairstylist who…read moreswitched to a different line of work, I've had the hardest time finding someone who knows how to cut short Asian hair. A friend suggested I try a barber shop, and good riddance to all the salons who charge me $50+ for a "women's haircut" when their men's cuts (read: short hair) are much cheaper. Other than Madison's uncanny ability to know exactly what I want with my vague descriptions, what I love about Constitution Plaza Barber Shop is they charge one flat rate for everyone. My biggest pet peeve is when I have to pay a haircut upcharge for no apparent reason other than identifying as female. It's really convenient now that my husband and I can get our hair cut at the same place, and Madison does as great and as consistent a job on his fine, curly hair as she does with mine. For safety reasons, for now they are requiring people wear masks at all times inside and to stay in your car while you're waiting. They have sanitizing procedures between each appt and hand sanitizer at the door. They do take walk-ins typically but I do recommend booking ahead, especially now. Also they're cash only so make sure you bring extra for tip!
