Should be zero stars but doesn't let me put zero. I Had 4 to 5 codes coming up on my washer when it…read morestopped working. Called for a diagnosis, tech came out and said there was only 1 code the water pump and that's all it would be. Once they came out and replaced the pump for $400 with labor, they then told me there were four other codes, with four other parts that needed to be replaced. I wasted $400 on a tech placing a part in my washer when I could've used that 400 towards a new washer. When I talked to the owner and his wife, they said they could not help me and that $400 was at my expense, even though their tech misdiagnosed my washer. They were not very open and honest and didn't wanna work with me after the part was replaced and then they proceeded to tell me it would be cheaper to get a new washer, then fix the rest of the parts that were wrong with it would not recommend not very friendly and did not want to work with me when it was their technician's fault to wrongfully diagnosed my washer from the start. I would not have proceeded with repair if the tech would have been properly trained to diagnose my machine. Not to mention after leaving this review they called me, went back on their word and declined to return my washer. Pretty petty all around.

While the tech was out here, he was talking about needing to do all this that and the other and I asked him not to because I was not going to pay for things that did not need to be done. He ended up hucking up the guage for check freon and doing so caused a leak. I had to call them the following year to have them recharge it. Again while he was here he wants to do all this that and the other again. Here we are a year later land it low on freon again, freezing up in the heat of the summer and they can't even come out for 2 more day

Our builders used them to install our thermostat. We had a leak in our house from the pipe the A/C…read moredrips into, and they builders called them out to check our HVAC unit. The tech claimed our HVAC line needed to be cleaned out without even opening up and looking at it. It was only two years old. We called a neutral company and had them come out to do an inspection with no prior information. They opened everything up and said everything was in top shape...opened the line and told us it was immaculately clean. This just proved that Ace was coming up with a reason for the builders to be able to blame us for the leak, because Ace is contracted with our builders. Follow the money. A year later, our thermostat plus sign button just stopped working. We tried to call Ace, because it had a 5 year warranty. They wanted us to pay $100 for them to come out and replace it. We could go buy a new thermostat for close to that price. No one told us that until the day of our appointment too. When my husband told them he was unhappy with their company, the rep hung up on him. All of this is especially disgraceful, because they claim to be a Christian company.
