I was originally…read moreconfused in finding out which brands were located here, as they come up on Google Maps as a Vauxhall dealer, and also list Vauxhall on their website, even though Vauxhall isn't stocked here. The nearby Arnold Clark in Stretford does have Vauxhall however, but this confusion should be addressed. The dealership is fairly large, and it is split across a large MG building, and a smaller building with FIAT. I was more interested in taking a look at the new FIAT 500 electric model, which was in the smaller building. They did appear to be understaffed, with only one staff member working, he didn't appear in the slightest interested in communicating with me, he provided very little information about the car and just left me to it, I felt like a nuisance and a bother just by speaking to him. I wasn't too impressed with the car overall, mainly down to the size, it felt comfortable to drive but the lack of space wouldn't have been suitable for my needs. I was impressed with the service at the nearby Arnold Clark dealership but was left disappointed with this one. You wouldn't think they were in a commission-based game! 2*

They won't take any responsibility for it and now I am left with a bad credit score, it went from 946 to 720 and also no vehicle. When addressing this with the staff and management, their response was "well just cancel the car then" and "it's not our issue". 8 weeks later, and I am still in the same position, no vehicle and a bad credit score. Do not buy from them!

Bought a car from Dace, after 4000 miles it started missfiring badly. Found the fault was that…read moretheir incompetent fitters had fitted the wrong spark plugs to the engine and this has caused the ceramic around the electrode to disintegrate and go into the combustion chambers. When viewing the car, the pre sale service was questioned because to me the oil was not fresh it was black and smelled of petrol. So the salesman came back with an invoice of parts fitted to the car and on that invoice it states they fitted whatever cheap plugs they could find because obviously the correct plugs were too expensive. So they fitted plugs that were 10mm too short, the wrong electrode material and the wrong heat range. Maybe they are trying to cut corners to pay for their loan on the fancy new showroom but either way, you don't want to buy a car that they've touched and they will also ignore you when they have touched it, and it no longer works because of what they did!

They have a good, simple business model where it makes financial sense for them to treat their customers properly. As a single woman, it was refreshing to be treated as an intelligent adult. Car was advertised online, fitted my needs seemed a good price, so I called and reserved. Easy to arrange a test drive. There were a few minor issues with the car, which they fixed and had it MOT'd and valeted 2 days' later. The office staff arranged the tax, and I was set. Even after doing a lot of research, and being confident the model was reliable, I still had a niggling doubt about such a good deal being legit, but everyone there was upfront, friendly and helpful. An excellent family company - will definitely use again and happy to recommend.

Much cheaper than a main dealer, and completely trustworthy…read more One perfect example of this was my recent service, where I was advised that my front suspension/shocks would need replacing soon, but as it was 5 months from my MOT, they advised leaving it until then to have them done. I dropped my car in for an MOT recently, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they'd cleaned and hoovered it, free of charge. I've never been to a garage where I can expect to have honest and genuine advice, regardless of the financial incentives for the company.

Took my not even 2 year old s1000rr for warranty check, ended up having it serviced. Wish I never…read morestepped foot in the place. Staff to busy talking amongst them selves or eating breakfast. There was confusion as to weather they had fitted parts they had charged me for. Some staff was rude, I was made to unload my bike in pouring rain as they refused to let unload it in their workshop. Saw them abusing customers bike on road test. Was told it would take an hour and half max, 3 hours later I called them to find it was ready, I was told it needed a battery but then never bothered to check if they had one. After paying the bill I found they had damaged the bike due to service wash by using traffic film remover resulting in milky stain marks all over the bike, I refused to take the bike back. They attempted to cure it by masking the the fault with silicone spray to make it shine after me asking them not to. They tried to deliver it back a second time after using maguires quick clay bar even tho maguires said it would not work on the damage they caused. I paid to have 2 inpendent inspection done on the bike and both said no amount of cleaning will put it right new parts are needed including frame. Not only did they damage it by the service wash, they scratched most of the bike including the £4000 extras (carbon fibre) they wore the finish on frame down in area due to aggressive polishing. They had the same bike in for sale and I asked them to give me that in way of replacement, to which they refused. The head of business admitted they have done this before. The Md of the company would not have the decency to speak to me. I was told by an other head of business at an other one of there sites "what do I expect from a 2 year old bmw?) this went on for 8 long months, I was spoken down to all the time, they refused to put it right and even had the cheek to try and charge me storage as I would not take the bike back till the matter was sorted out. I ended up claiming on their public liability insurance which paid me out £16000 after being told that I would get nothing from them. If you value you're bike, take it some where else

This garage is well placed in the city centre and offers servicing, new and used car sales. Repairs (for accidents) are done at another location. On arrival the welcoming is prompt and courteous as you would expect. The facilities for customers are good with speciality coffees, juices, coke, soft drinks and cookies all available for you, even free wifi. Their big let down is the waiting area and poor seating arrangement and seats themselves... This is not the BWM ethos you would expect, such a shame as this is what lets down this good experience from making it a great experience.

There were loads of cars on their web site and I wasn't disappointed when I arrived as the car I came to see was immaculate and I fell in love as soon as i test drove it. I have already passed on their details to friends of mine and i know at least one of them has also bought from MP, they too are very pleased their new car.
