Having said that, the people there seem to be good; they didn't force a new car on us when we could have afforded one (we bough nearly-new instead) and their servicing department is very efficient too (once looking after our car for a whole week as we brought it in just prior to going on holiday). The prices aren't the cheapest but if you buy a car from them the Service Plan offers better value.

Well looking at the reviews, this one is coming from a customer and not a salesman or member of the…read moreperrys group!. I bought a freelander2 and within the 14 months it had broken down 9 times. Each time with promises of its fixed properly now. In the end Anthony the manager promised he would search for a replacement and not make a profit on the sawp due to the hassle (breakdowns) I have had. This turned out to be a delay tactic for 9 months or more. Eventually I bought a replacement from Guy Willaims who managed to beat Athonys price by £2k. So much for his fairness, morals, intergrity, trust. Im amased how they have won any awards within in Perrys or landrover group for service, however Im sure they do very well on sales, because they certainly now how to lead you on with false promises, just hope that you dont need or rely on them to deliver.....I'll never go there again thats for sure. signed. not a copley employee or have any connection now...

TL;DR - Trustworthy service for Nissan owners…read more Have brought my car here a few times for a service and MOT, but was particularly happy after my most recent visit. There were a few items on my car which needed work (no surprise, it's old), so they gave me a quote and ordered the parts. But then when I arrived they'd managed to actually repair some of the existing parts and didn't need to use the spares, so the overall cost actually ended up being significantly less than they had quoted - a very nice surprise. They were also incredibly apologetic for keeping me waiting, even though there was hardly any wait at all. The other big bonus - free RAC cover with your MOT which is excellent value!

I called in Skoda today to carry on my mission of finding a new car, and I feel this is the perfect…read moreplace for my 600th review on Yelp, as it shows a wide array of places they are to review on yelp, rather than just restaurants, which people might think. RRG own a good amount of garages in the north west, including a Toyota and Peugeot dealership in Rochdale alone, this one in particular is for Skoda, and is one of 2 Skoda dealerships in RRG, alongside a branch in Bolton. This is quite a nice dealership, with a good range of cars from the Skoda range, with some award-winning models including the Superb, Flagship and Octavia being stocked here, with of course the new "65" plates. Gordon was very nice, and we had a chat about the RRG group in general as well as certain cars which would be right for me, I did like the Fabia, which was quite a nice car with a decent boot, and did have some very good add-ons, including metallic paint for around £500, and a sat-nav built in for around £250, which can be 2,3,4 times that with other manufacturers such as Nissan. The inside part is quite nice, and although not as modern as Nissan or Toyota in Rochdale for example, it is still nice and is being refurbished soon, to be finished for Christmas, to get it "All Skoda's up", to quote my salesman. They is an outside part too with a good number of parking, but most of the staff as well as newer, nicer cars do tend to be inside, and you do have to pass through here to take a look at the cars outside, with them all being locked, which is understandable, and is like that at all dealerships. I was disappointed not to see any "free-drink" making facilities, which the likes of BMW and Nissan do have, and they is a few other minor flaws like this. Overall, this is quite a nice dealerships with some good cars, and really helped to change my opinion of Skoda being an older, unpopular car to quite a nice, cool car which can be competitive on the market, and is definitely one of the garages worth checking out, while looking for a car in the area. I still feel 3 stars is a fair rating for Skoda, and hopefully I'll be back soon for a test-drive, and an updated review!
