I told the teller that I had 45 minutes before I had to be back at work, and he said that it was no problem. So I sat down in the waiting area. As I did so, another man who had been waiting got up and said he was "done." He left. Somewhere behind the tellers, a phone on hold was blaring over the speakerphone some ungodly hold music. This did not help my mood. I'm not sure why we ALL had to listen to the hold music. Anyway, 30 minutes later, I heard the banker apologize to the person she was with because they clearly couldn't help her with what she needed. They said something about a different banker who had to help her. Finally I was asked in, however, by this time she said she could not complete my transaction in the time I had. I will not be using this branch again.
