I visited this location on Tuesday August 9th 2022 in order to deposit a Money Order made out to my…read morebusiness into my personal checking account. (I had uploaded my business insurance information to Chase Back Office which links my Business to my Name which has allowed me to deposit checks made to my business to my personal account). David (The Branch Manager) Was Extremely rude, nasty and very unhelpful. He kept telling me I cannot deposit that check because I did not have a DBA which is wrong. David was very argumentative, I asked him to De-Esculate the situation multiple times and he did not. I Asked David multiple time to look at April 12th 2021 which is when the information was uploaded and I was cleared to deposit these checks, David refused and eventually told me to leave the location. I drove to the Farmingville Location where I sat with a Patrica. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL with my situation. She found the document I was referring to and went to deposit the Money Order. Unfortunately she could not deposit it because David from the Miller Place location Flagged my account which Put a Non-Reversible Restriction on my account. This Restriction that David put on my account marked my account as Fraudulent. I have been a Happy Chase Customer for 12+ years but after the actions of the Branch Manager David, I was forced to close my account. The option to re open a new account was available however after the Uncalled for negative experience that David had caused for a chase customer, I do not feel as though Chase as a company respects their customers, this is due to the unprofessionalism displayed by David the Branch Manager at Miller Place Chase. I also would like to add that I ask David to provide me with the District Managers Contact information, he provided me with an incorrect number. I was however able to contact the District Managers office on the correct number after the Manager at Farmingville provided it to me. In my opinion, David does NOT respect Chase customers. David was so quick to assume I was wrong and after I left the branch, David went on to put Fraudulent Flags on my account which led it to be Restricted. If David chose to go about his day and not cause issues for customers, Farmingville would have deposited my check with the information found in the system which allows me to do so and I would still be a Chase Customer. David made the decision for me to Close my account and take my business elsewhere. I strongly believe Chase should remove this Branch Manager from his duties and replace him with someone who listens to Customers needs as well as someone who does not Escalate situation to have such a negative ending.

I researched banks and found TD had the easiest banking options. I had to open a business and personal account so we went there. Well it took us four visits to get this simple task accomplished. We were miss a sheet of paper for the business so the next day I went by myself to get the account open and they would not do anything because my husband was not sitting there I explained that they could start the process and when they needed him to sign he would come in. You see he had gotten that Booster the day before and was flat on his back. NOOOO they would not do that. So two days later we went in the morning before I had to go to work and NOW the computers were down OMG We finally got the accounts opened three days later Then because they have this ridiculous 6 day check hold the money wasn't available for that long I expressed that I had to pay one of our subcontractors ASAP and they said Don't worry we will cover it Well they Bounced the check on them and when I called the main customer service # she said that the branches say that to all their new customers and it is a lie I am so sorry I opened these accounts What am I supposed to do now with my weekly paycheck am I supposed to wait 6 days every week I live paycheck to paycheck and no one can give my a decent answer Oh well my mistake to go to them I kept my Peoples (now M&T) account opened I will have to use that for my pay Also I emailed my salesman at TD twice and got no response at I guess he knows he was wrong
