I got fraud detection for a reason because there are so many scams these days but this Bank…read morereprimanded me for scam and fraud activity on my card banned my ATM privileges and then didn't bother to tell me about Bill pay or rerouting or anything just told me paying my bills was my problem then we're even more rude by telling me to get a credit card after flagging my account how am I supposed to get a credit card I've just never been more disgusted and I've been banking with this bank for 15 plus years and now I have to finagle everything within the internet it's absurd and ridiculous but if you shop online or you do business online I don't suggest using this Bank and fraud detection didn't help me it hurt me but that's okay even they said that this bank was being unreasonable it doesn't matter how many cards I get I should be able to get a lifetime of them with no limit as long as the bank is safe no money is coming out of my account so they're safe and I'm safe I don't see what the problem is and I never will no matter how many explanations they give and the main branch manager didn't need to be so rude about the whole situation with no sympathy and no understanding at all that I was doing the right thing by reporting fraud but if I knew this was going to happen I never would have reported it I would have just paid it and not cared because of this is now nothing but a headache and I don't have an ATM card anymore which certainly doesn't enhance my life there are so many things that I'm going to be screwed on now because of this you need a ATM or credit card these days to do just about anything so thank you for screwing me over Franklin savings Bank I truly appreciate it I definitely appreciate you ruining my quality of life I guess I'll be just drawing all my money out of the bank to buy gift cards and Visa cards now what a pain in the ass stupid Bank stupid policies and well we all know you can't fix stupid and I'm not the one who did anything wrong the scammer was but that's right take it out on me so a big thumbs down for you Franklin savings Bank your company should be reprimanded for fraud by saying that we're protected by fraud detection center because we're not you are liars and so are they so if you feel safe I'm sure you're not banking at Franklin savings Bank because if you are your account isn't safe be aware!!!!!

The folks working at SCU are super friendly! The account opening process only took a few minutes. We have been back at the Laconia branch several times to perform other transactions and each time they just couldn't be any nicer or easier to do business with. I have also contacted their telephone customer service and I have received the same high level of service each time. I also use their telephone banking service and it is very convenient. Both my wife and I enjoy doing business with SCU. I don't know why it took us so long to discover them. I hope that they are able to maintain their fantastic service going forward. Highly recommended!
