The entire Mike Tesla Team have been extremely responsive to my needs…read more Last Wednesday, on my way to an appointment at Concord Hospital, I was in an accident which resulted in the total loss of my Subaru Outback. From the initial contact to report the accident, the allocation of a cost effective rental, through the claim process, to the receipt of the loss payout, and insuring my new Subaru Outback, the Mike Testa State Farm Team has provided steady support and streamlined oversight. In fact, this entire process took only five business days. My rating of this experience is a "double high five"! THANK YOU Mike Tesla State Farm Insrance, Laconia, NH. Patrice T.

For years I thought about seeking a financial planner's help, but being into finances and budgeting…read moremyself I put it off because I was worried about the expense and wondered how exactly a financial planner could help beyond what I was already doing myself. But I'm so glad my husband and I finally took the plunge and started working with Kelly. She immediately helped us think of some aspects we hadn't even thought about (how close we were to getting ourselves into a lower tax bracket and how to get there fairly painlessly) and she's helped us nail down some long-term goals, set up strategies for withholdings at work to minimize the total taxes we pay and did a deep dive into our investments to give us a road map to better diversify ourselves. I just wish I'd started with her a few years sooner!

They call back when they say they will and are extremely knowledgeable. They work very hard to get their clients the best policy for their money. They will act helpful and promising but the second you try to switch even one of your policies, you get call dodged, no return calls, and a big dramatic argument from the owners about trying to leave. I switched my auto first and had to have my new insurance rep call and demand the cancellation, because she was trying to manipulate or convinve me not to leave. Because I declined, I believe she sat on the paperwork and then the monthly premium for the next month was taken out anyway!!!! I waited over 6 months to switch my business policy and low and behold the same dramatic exit with Hannah. She is so very difficult and seems to not be used to not getting her way. I had to again call a representative from my new agent (which shows you how amazing my new carrier is) and I still have not recieved my 180$ refund that was issued over 9 days ago. I dont belueve I will see my money for a while and seeing how my policy was cancelled nearly a month ago, im doubtful. Worst insurance company ever! I pay enough money every month to deserve decent people. Never even called me once about my claim. Smh.

The other - much more serious one - involved a large tree falling on my car during last year's March blizzard. As I said, the process did take a bit longer than I might have liked but was understandable due to the circumstances and complexity. All in all I was quite satisfied with both the Pittsfield Insurance Agency and with Safety Insurance.
