Almost a month later they removed monies from my account without permission, which I did verify auto pay was off. I have photos and a recording of the call saying I owed nothing. The rep I even emailed was Karen Wright. Next stop will be the the BBB to file. You are not in good hands with Allstate. Return what you have stolen.

For the past six months, we have been repeatedly billed, despite calling them at least five times, having our agent contact them multiple times, and myself reaching out directly to their Austin office. I strongly warn everyone to steer clear of this unethical and ungrateful company. They have capitalized off us for thousands of dollars without ever paying a claim, and now, more than six months after canceling the policy, they continue to harass us with bills. Their lack of loyalty and decency is unacceptable.
