I absolutely love walking in to this branch of Wells Fargo. They almost always have someone…read morestanding there to greet you as you walk in, but if not someone makes sure to welcome you. They recently hired two new tellers, and they are phenomenal. I have previously had terrible experiences in some WF branches, but the bankers and tellers are always happy to help in any way possible. I go here a few times a week for work and also have personally started banking at this location because they're always so happy to help. I've personally seen their service manager behind the counter often taking on customers herself to help out when needed. In terms of business, they are great at doing deposits quickly and efficiently. I try to call when I have a bigger change order, but if I don't get a chance to call ahead they don't hesitate to accommodate me. On a personal note, I've taken out a personal consolidation loan from this branch and they have all made an effort to get to know me on a personal level. They are always asking me how my financial goals are progressing and offer great advice when I need it.

I was put through an egregious verification process for the teller to explain they could not process my request. They then but a ban or block on the check that denied me to use it at another location. Yes I'm black & yes the teller was white! That's Bryn Mawr for you!
