Lines are long and they do not answer their phone. I received a message today to call Bryn Mawr PNC. The person did not explain why he was calling. I returned the call, 3 different times today and no one answers the phone. Their customer service is non-existent. read more

Stopped in to make change for money I received from their ATM near the entrance. Nice people, been using PNC for 23 years, glad I stopped in this one. read more

These guys really have my number. I've been a customer for many years. I may be different from most folks but I just don't want to think about my bank. I just want them to do their thing. If I think about them a lot something is wrong. Fortunately I don't think about PNC hardly at all. They just do their thing behind the scenes and my $$ are always balanced etc. This particular location is great in that they have a big private lot and one of the few remaining drive through banking spots. Uncase you can't tell I'm a big fan. read more

Usually good service however one time doing a money transfer a man in a suit basically had me do half his job because he didn't quite remember how to do things so he stumbled and fumbled through it for 45 minutes and then I still have to pay a fee for his time wasting en devour. ugh On another note the drive through here is dangerous. read more

The absolute worst service ever. The tellers are extremely rude and essentially just ignore the line of customers patiently waiting. My debit card was stuck in the machine and they ignored me for an hour until I finally got help and they said it wasn't in there and they couldn't help me because they needed to close regardless of the fact they had kept me waiting for an hour. They did not even look for my card I am certain. Absolutely horrific bank experience. Go elsewhere. read more

I only come here for the occasional check deposit, but it is always a positive experience. I'm glad that it's so close to the Bryn Mawr train stop or I'd really struggle to find a convenient branch location. The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and professional. I am always greeted with a smile and leave with one also. The line can be a little long close to the end of the day, but the free coffee and candy definitely makes up for it. It's the little things in life that count, right? It's a little awkward that you need an employee escort to take you to and from the bathroom. Other than that, the staff here does a great job. read more

We have very, very simple banking needs: we require a checking account and a savings account. That is it. There are many banks that can handle this. We chose this bank because a relative said that he uses it and that they've been fine. When we went to open the account we asked if checks were free. We were assured that they were. In fact, this was not accurate, as we learned when a $12 charge for checks appeared on our statement. When my wife dropped by the branch to resolve the matter, she was told that this required manager approval. Fine. Since then, she has visited the bank again and called twice and the charge remains. We have since been told that checks are not actually free, and have been urged to "upgrade" our account to one that requires a higher minimum balance than we are able to maintain. This is unacceptable. We are literally talking about $12. You're a banks, guys-- I think you can come up with a ten and two dollar bills instead of allowing this idiocy to stretch on for weeks. read more

Have gotten $50 worth of quarters before from my favorite employee, then go in today and the brain dead branch manager said only $25 in total change and that 1 dollar bills counted towards the change. absolutely ridiculous read more

terrible bank & terrible management. everyone there is two faced. the teller girl at the end is rude and cocky. I think her name is Alex. Also I didn't like how they treat there in employees. There's definitely a sense of favoritism. I thought this was the corporate world not high school. read more
