This person should not work for PNC. She's a disgrace the customer service. She doesn't know what a value of a customer means and she doesn't care. Someone corporate reads this and this person gets fired. She should not deserve any kind of job because she's pure trash.

I'm mostly disappointed that PNCs have all reduced their hours. This is no longer a working person's bank, or even a business owner's. NO Sunday hours, NO late night hours (used to have at least one 8pm evening). Close by 5pm M-W; 6pm Th-F; Sat gone by 3pm. It took me a week of trying to race there by closing time to get a deposit in and cash a check there that could not be done at ATM. I'm hanging onto my second account at TD Bank, which is not nearly as good at branch service and attention (I do love the 800 service help), but their hours are very accommodating and customer friendly. Phone service with PNC was a little officious with inexperienced agents. In the branch, though, very attentive and helpful.

Their fees for cashiers checks seem to vary by location, which I find quite odd. Better than the mega banks, Univest is a decent option for those looking for a community bank. That said, I was a customer of this bank for years in the late 1990s before coming back to them again around 2012 or so. I liked the bank better in the 90s. Service was more person. It felt like a true "neighborhood" bank. I guess having acquired a few other small banks over the years that culture was bound to change.

Best perk is the outdoor ATM that is directly connected to them so you can make deposits after hours that will be process the next day (except Sunday). Easy to use machines for basic needs. Staff are there to help if you need anything. They're friendly and helpful. Very responsive I ordered my Euros for a trip through FMFCU and picked them up at this location. The guy was really helpful getting me set up for international travel with my card and made suggestions for other card companies to protect myself while traveling. Above and beyond service. They're also one of the branches that has the coin counter members can use without a processing fee.

There was a good sized crowd in the bank for this opening. But I was surprised they weren't offering a signup bonus for new customers. The layout of the bank is very functional. I work for a Bank, trying to wire our clients large payment to this bank and was told that they would not give any account information out. Asked to speak with a branch manager and was told very rudely that she had just spoken to her branch manager. So, you want our bank to wire a considerable amount of money for a payment and won't verify the wire instructions. With all the wire frauds and fraud out in this world, your bank should not allow wires if you don't even have a wire room you can send us to, to verify emailed instructions. If you need to send funds, I wouldn't do it to or from this bank! I would not recommend as they are not willing to verify wire instructions that you received by email; you would think that you would want to protect our mutual clients' funds with all the fraud in this world. I needed to verify that the emailed instructions we received are valid.
