    Unresponsive to emails, phone calls go directly to voice mail. Even in an emergency they do not respond. Avoid this company at all cost.

We rented from…read moreAngela Graney at 2521 Ne Polk St. I'll try to keep it objective, and give you information that you can use to make up your own mind. We had to give several written and verbal notices for repairs to be made, often getting the city inspectors involved. She harassed us numerous times, and made it difficult to enter and exit our apartment without being yelled at, glared at, or followed (she lives on the premises). She even followed my room mate around her work. Angela Graney has been sued on multiple occasions. You can search for cases brought against her here: http://pa.courts.state.mn.us/default.aspx She has been cited by the city of Minneapolis on several occasions for not making repairs and keeping her house up to code (e.g. we begged for a working smoking detector, windows with screens and that would open, removal of a raccoons nest etc). Other tenants have had similar problems. We have spoken to a recent renter and they had to sue Angela Graney as well for violation of privacy. Angela Graney also violated our privacy by taking our stuff, moving things around, and ruining our belongings during city mandated repairs. We and others clearly had some issues with Angela Graney's ability to maintain her property. It may be possible that other people's experience may differ. So before you decide to sign the lease, ask her about these things and decide for yourself. Beware, she does have a knack for bending the truth (i.e. lying). So arm yourself with knowledge from the above websites. Perhaps it doesn't matter to you. Perhaps, it will. You have more information than we had when we rented. This experience has taught us all how important it is to do the research.

    Mr. Mark Gettinger helped me in finding a great deal in Minnesota (I am living in the West Coast)…read more He also explained me in detail about the required process and paper work and prepared an offer that helped in competing with other multiple buyers and getting a right price for my new condo purchase. In addition, he communicated with the condo association and provided all required documents for set up the HOA payments on time. Moreover, he suggested to do the Mobile closing ( the notary came to my home for signing the closing paper in the closing date) which saved my time and $$$ money because I did not need to fly to Minnesota just for the closing. Mr.Mark Gettinger has provided an outstanding customer service. He commutated with my Closing company and Lender directly when I needed the information's clarification ( especially, the specific legal terminology). Furthermore, all the paper work and earning money sending were done electronically-it was so easy and accurate as well as saving a lot of my time and energy in this busy life. In Sum, the closing was done on time, and my Lender told me that they were impressed how Mr. Mark Gettinger was able to manage very professionally the condo purchase ( which is required more knowledge and documentation than purchasing a single home) and also for a Buyer who is living in the different state. I am recommending Mr. Mark Gettinger as a trustful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional Real Estate Agent.

Here is my honest review: Don't rent from them…read more When we first entered our apartment the smell of cat pee was so overwhelming one of our roommates mom's came over and shampooed the carpet 5-7 times in places, which still didn't remove the smell completely but reduced the allergens in the air as that same roommate is deathly allergic to cats. On top of this the carpet had holds and was shredded in places - the carpet was so bad even my brother commented on it saying that it should've been replaced before we moved in due to loose fittings and loose staples. For the first month we lived there we found nails and staples all over the carpet even after the shampoo and several vacuum jobs. The lock on the front door never worked quiet right and we asked for a replacement 4x before they told us we were stupid and were doing it wrong - Still never figured that out, the lock remained difficult the whole lease. Three of the drawers in the kitchen remained broken the whole lease - even though we submitted at least 3 maintenance requests for it. There was a loud scratching noise in one bedroom only at night and even though we mentioned it, it continued the whole lease. There was a severe SPIDER and other small pests problem in the residence even after 2 treatments by pest control. A/c went down 3 separate times and two of my roommates are disabled and need the A/c to work properly so they don't end up in the hospital - we were told the second time it broke (on a saturday morning with monday being a holiday) that the only way they would help us is if we were elderly or diabetic (ablest AF - let them know we were disabled and one of our conditions is worsened by heat which ended up with one of my roommates in the ER and then they were admitted for 3 nights, so that was the biggest FU they gave us.) The upstairs neighbors were loud the whole lease even after we spoke with them multiple times and told the office. Dryer broke down 3x. The pantry closet door fell of its hinges once and hit me in the head - i hadn't even touched the door yet but it fell when someone upstairs dropped something super loud.. One of the bedroom doors started falling apart and they "Stapled" it back together. The smaller of the two bathrooms had a severe mold problem that kept recurring. And in that same bathroom the tiles were falling out of the shower and they put screws through it to hold it in (and that's where the mold kept recurring the worst). At one point the breaker failed and wouldn't restart which meant we lost all the food in our deep freeze. One of the sockets in the living room never worked even after we mentioned it twice. At this point it was November (five months into our lease). Multiple points during our lease the water that was supposed to be potable turned a dark brown and stayed that way for multiple hours. None of the people that lived in the building moved their car for snow emergencies so the street parking was all gone and the parking lot for the building only had enough space for about half the tenants - also who ever gave us a tour basically guaranteed us spots in the lot but that was FALSE. The water heater also went down 3-5 times as well before they sent someone who actually works on water heaters and not just their on staff workers. This is everything I kept track of - and there was more too but I don't have the records to prove it like the rest these complaints. The only positives about living here were the cheap rent and during the week (and only during the week even if it was an emergency) maintenance showed up quickly - but I would say a third of the time the person they sent couldn't fix the problem. We also experienced gas issues - possible high levels of carbon monoxide and radon, but they did a "home test" and said it was fine - never sent a professional to check. putting our health at risk again. I have rented at many MANY places in my life but I have never experienced a place as bad as the Saint Anthony Residence of matcom. So if you want to know my honest opinion - don't rent from them they stress was not worth the price. I put this review on google and they choose to some how hide it. If you want proof I have it.

The tenants ended up finding our contact info and reaching out because Aaroosh was MIA. Thank God for good, ethic tenants or we would've been screwed. Your best bet is to believe all the horrible reviews because each one is TRUE!!! He's a fraud and vacationing is his priority. Believe Peter, Sunny, and whoever else posted a negative review. Your home is a major investment. Don't waste your time with this fraud.

When we moved in to our Saint Paul rental back in 2020, the previous tenant had just moved out an hour prior and it was disgusting. We were told to call a cleaner or do it ourselves. Being the summer of Covid during George Floyd protests, we had to do it ourselves and let me tell you... the amount of hair, cigarette butts, grime, etc was appalling. We were compensated $200 for our labor. Aroosh left the company and Tyler took over. Way more professional and responsive, we were hopeful things would get better. I'm sure for property owners, he's great, but we were screwed upon move out and got only $57 back from our deposit. Was not expecting the full amount but got charged $600 for cleaning (cleaners from PPM) and almost $300 for flea treatment. FLEAS?! We did not have fleas and left that place 100x cleaner than how it was received. Renters, beware. Another company to nickel and dime you when it's time to move out, and not take care of the most basic things. Property owners, if you care about finding and keeping quality renters, do not hire them.

He had excellent timing when it came to our requests for repairs, his open communication was very helpful when we needed his assistance for anything or had questions, and he upheld a high integrity when it came to the lease. He is a very humble businessman and runs his properties with strong responsibility. His maintainence vendors were very respectful of our home and willing to work out time slots for repairs in a timely manner. Our property was kept up to date with maintenance repairs (yearly) and state codes. His empathy was clearly shown during our time of financial stress, when he sent a list of community resources and county assistance programs, plus tips on how to file, to help us out. When our German Shepherd passed away, he sent out a sympathy email and gave the ok to get another dog when we were ready with no additional deposit. We truly cannot thank Nick enough for all of his help and his generosity. This rental property was not a regular rental property; it was our home. We look forward to buying a house for him in the near future.

I've lived in a few different cities, and they are the best company I've had to deal with, as property managers. Every time I had an issue with my apartment, they were very timely and extremely thoughtful on working out the issues. I lived near by their offices, and if I had issues I would sometimes come in to discuss them with Steve, or Dave. Both Steve and Dave were great to work with, hospitable and extremely caring about solving my issues, and helping me get things fixed. We were told shortly after we hired them that 'their company is not for everybody'. From correspondence from tenant to mgmt.. company , apparently lease and its expectations not properly and/or completely explained to tenants Did not know about illegal bedroom in basement until the Owners told them - and they never would have known because they didn't monitor the property At All. They did Not follow-up on/monitor the condition of the property and objected (claiming we weren't 'trusting' them) when we the owners tried to monitor the property, due to red flags shortly after move-in and that continued for months afterwards. In owner portal, management (withheld) copies of correspondence between management and tenant re owner property. Twice requested via e-mail that a copy of the m/in video be put in the Owner portals as they promised, FINALLY got after tenants gave noticed to move. NO WRITTEN LIST WAS DONE and the move-in video does not show many damages that occurred, both inside and out. Refused to do the m/out inspection with us present. 8/16 Office manager hung up on one of co-owners when he called to discuss the unacceptable s/d disposition. Not recording lease violations in the Owner portals so they are on record there. Other missing information in our Owner portals (owner statements, etc.) We kept telling them the tenants were parking on the lawn and finally as of 5 22 22 we got a citation from the city on it - HAH We had a difficult time locating invoices with detail as to repairs done on their obscure program (even their owner could not locate them) and even the invoices did not provide hours labor and materials cost separated on them. They made comments to us about our emotional attachments to what was our parents' house, overanalyzing, being threatening, micromanaging., They kept threatening to turn over management of the house/property to us because they felt, again, we weren't 'trusting' them - we felt like it wasn't our property anymore and we were being thwarted at every turn trying to protect our legacy and investment. When we asked to do an inspection with all of us and the mgmt. co. owner agreed to that, mgmt.. co. owner then bypassed us the owners and did it himself without us, claiming due to minimize disruption to the tenants.
