They are truly very attentive to their clients needs and offer full service banking products. They also maintain a beautiful home location in Mineola which is an asset to our community. Old Country Rd, in Hicksville; I've felt happy enough to stay loyal for 25 years and it hasn't been the same branch manager the whole time. In the past decade in particular it has only gotten better with a real commitment to improvement in efficiency and customer experience. Banks are still banks, with all kinds of complex procedures, so it's all about the personnel and what kind of human interface they can provide. I'm amazed at the care they must put into the hiring or interview process to get such competent, caring people. There's not a lot of turnover, but when it does happen, each time they find a new star. Though it's not the biggest of banks, and doesn't meet every last one of my needs, they deliver a 110% effort and warmth every day.

The representative met we me and took down all of the information regarding the transactions. She said that the IT support tea, was unavailable during my visit to the bank, but that she would get to the bottom of the problem and call me back. Today I received a call from the bank with a full explanation of what had transpired at the retailer locations. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick explanation of what had gone wrong at the retail locations. The bank also assured me that if the problem should continue they would issue me a new card free of charge.

I have been banking with Flushing Savings since 1979 and being a life long customer I have been to…read moreseveral of their branches. During my 40 plus years of getting service from Flushing Savings I have been very satisfied for the most part. The reason for this review is the stellar service I have been getting for the past ten years from the Bayside Branch which is now at 213-03 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361. From the manager to the rest of the workers there I have received wonderful and PERSONAL service. They actually know my name when I call, never had that happen before from a bank. Even though it was not their fault in a recent check order via a third party they quickly fixed the problem for me and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results. To sum up, they are the best of the best for providing personal help with my banking needs and are always there to lend a hand when needed. You will never feel lost at this branch even though they moved from where they used to be on Bell Blvd to where they are now at 213-03 Northern Blvd, Queens, NY 11361, check them out.

The entrance I walked into was through Broadway. Their office is on the 7th floor. I walked through a long narrow hall to get to the rear of the building to access the elevator which took me to the 7th floor. There is a waiting room where there are enough chairs. The woman at the counter was friendly and patient to answer my questions. I found out that the there are two types of accounts - pass book or atm. the atms only work in the philippines, the passbook account - you can only make transactions at the counter at the LA Office or at the specific branch opened in the Philippines. If one opens an account (passbook or atm) in Los Angeles for a specific location in the Philippines, say Malolos, Bulacan, there is a processing fee of $60 plus a minimum opening deposit of $140. One does not automatically get an atm card when one opens an account with the PNBLA. I am considering opening an account through the LA office for a specific branch (location) in the Philippines. Will tell you more once I opened an account.
