Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots. When I called the bank and explained the situation, the Assistant Manager told me that I would have to come in to the bank. This is very bad Customer Service to a handicapped individual. I was then contacted by Kristofer T., US Digital Operations Customer Response at 1-856-437-3386. He left a message and email. I called him back 4 times and sent 2 emails and he has yet to respond since 11/12/25. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!

Came in to find only one employee who could help me make some account changes. I don't mind waiting a few minutes when there's another customer, but what I was told would be 10 minutes turned into more than 20 minutes. Then add another 20 minutes before we were actually working on my account. Then there were computer problems. After more than an hour I finally left without having my issue resolved; I left my info on paper but the computers were down, meaning no changes could actually be made before I left. The employee I dealt with was nice, apologetic, and trying to be helpful, so no fault there. But a really negative overall experience that would keep me from coming back.
