The best Citi in the area. Several ATM's and ok clerks make this Citi an ok experience.

One of the most incompetent banking experiences I've ever had…read more I came to this TD Bank branch to stop unauthorized withdrawals and file a Regulation E dispute. The employee claimed it was handled. It wasn't. The dispute was filed incorrectly, the merchant was never blocked, and money continued to be taken from my account. I only discovered this after weeks of stress, repeated visits, and being told different stories by different employees. No accountability. No clear answers. No understanding of federal consumer protection rules. Their mistakes forced me to open a new account, file regulatory complaints, and waste an unbelievable amount of time fixing a problem THEY created. If you don't want your finances mishandled by people who clearly don't understand what they're doing, stay far away from this branch.

Plus, back in the day, they used to give out those classic green lollipops and pens - a small but memorable touch of nostalgia. I've got to give some love to this branch, especially because they came through for my parents in a big way. We had a rather big issue and the staff handled it with professionalism and care, resolving it in a way that really made a difference. For that, I'm giving them a solid 5/5. Thanks for the help, TD team!

Mary could not have been more gracious before, during and after the discussion. Her customer service was inspiring as we both learned that there was no issue as documentation was already filed with the bank approximately nine years ago. Any other person working on a Saturday would have expressed frustration that I did not allow certain transactions to abide in my memory. In an age of faceless and voiceless automation, songs without melodies and pointless conversations that take place via texts, Mary's example as a professional and fine human being soars above mediocrity. Despite the initial difficulties in resolving this problem due to a miscommunication by me, she, however, remained calm and eventually researched further on whom had rented this said box. Once she had ascertained that I and my brother, George, had rented this box, she then permitted me to open this box so I could remove the contents and therefore finally close out this box. After I had turned in the safety deposit key to her and Ms. Morrison had given me a receipt pertaining to my brother's lost key, Ms. Morrison ended a four-year long legal problem involving my mother's estate. It is because of this legal closure that I can finally rest regarding my mother's estate and get on with the rest of my life... Once again, I thank Customer Service Supervisor Jacqueline Morrison for the service she had rendered unto me, and I would recommend her to anyone needing banking services pertaining to Ridgewood Savings Bank. --Ronald G. After having been told several different self-contradictory promises of service over an hour of waiting, the assistant manager (a light-haired woman with a Slavic accent and a name something like "Cristina Sicic") was disrespectful and condescending. She explained before she would deign to take my money, there would be several questions about where the money came from and there would be documentary evidence required. I explained that I had been depositing cash in this account for 5 years and no evidence had ever been required, that branch manager Diego Dunker knows me, and the source of the funds were the same as they had always been, my business. She then looked me up and down appraisingly and asked dismissively "what kind of business do YOU even have?" I told her it was a dental practice, and she again looked hard at me and asked incredulously "YOU are a dentist?" That moment was the first time I realized I had my jacket covering my scrubs, and that if the multiple Google reviews complaining of racism being a problem in customer interactions at this store are to be credited, there was mercifully at least a chance that something other than sheer sloth might be why she preferred pointlessly hectoring me over doing her job. She then told me she would not fulfill any aspect of the services her staff had promised she would do that day, that my appointment I had been given to work with her the next day would not be honored, and that I should take my deposit elsewhere and that anyone could close any account at any time. This is after 5 years of holding my business account here and servicing a 1.5million dollar loan with this branch that contractually obligates me to do the majority of my banking with here. Truly unbelievable. I would've appealed to store manager Diego Dunker next, but he does nothing but smile and make empty promises, and blames your frustrations on your not having spent your whole day trying to contact him every time his staff wastes your time, never mind the fact that he never responds to customer emails, and in 5 years of calling this branch, no one has ever once answered the phone when I call. On top of that, they will absolutely disrespect your time and blame it on you every single time. America's Most Convenient Bank in action. *inaction
