I understand they have lunch times, but when 1 notary wanted to take another customer that came in after me, and even the customer saying I was there before him and the notary saying that to notarize would take to long was crazy. Everyone knows to notarize paperwork just takes a few minutes just to check the ID, ridiculous. Needless to say I left ( wasted 40 minutes for nothing)

Due to COVID restrictions, most banks are only taking clients via appointments and unaware of that, I walked into the bank today for something important. I was greeted by her and even though I did not have an appointment she mentioned to wait a bit to and assisted. During the process she was diligently working with her staff and making sure all client requests were handled properly. If anyone from the Wells Fargo Corporate office is reading this review, I would like to say Thank you and you should feel proud of individuals like Stephanie who go out of their way to assist clients. I would highly recommend this branch for banking.

Here's the situation. In 2014 I took out a 20 year mortgage with NEFCU, now Jovia. When making in…read moreperson payments I noticed my receipts always said 30 year mortgage. On several occasions (when I felt I had the stamina to deal with them) I would try to ask to have this corrected. Never happened. Today I tried yet again and was told by the representative that it couldn't be done on her end but she'd contact corporate and ask them to help. A bit later I received a voicemail from someone at corporate saying they were contacted by me but they don't know what it's about!!! First of all, I didn't do the contacting, and secondly why wasn't the reason for corporate being contacted in the representative's message? I'm truly baffled. But this isn't the first negative experience I've had with NEFCU/Jovia. In 2015 I sat in the bank president's office while they were trying to figure out who was hacking into my account and setting up large bill pay amounts to be sent to themselves. While I was there it happened again and I was the only one to catch it. Closed my accounts on the spot. So NEFCU/Jovia, how can we resolve this? My confidence in you is pretty low. With everything computerized changing an incorrect mortgage should take less than a minute. Why have I had to keep trying for 8.5 years?
