I've made a dozen calls about my heloc and how the checks stopped working. Their reply was "of course your account number changed when we changed names and we sent you new check book" FIRST Ive had banks change names and accounts never changed. IF you were changing MY account number I should have been informed. There has been limited communication from Four Leaf. I'm now waiting on the 3rd attempt for them to send me a check book. Every time I call I get different answers. Now Im told wire transfers are no longer allowed from HELOCs. Additionally I requested to speak to a manager and when I got to her I was informed that I need to schedule an appointment for a conversation which is outrageous. IF YOU ARE CONCIDERING THIS BANK RUN FAR FAR AWAY.

This review goes to all Capital One banks (not individual tellers). They were very nice…read more I do my mom's banking for her since she is getting older and it's getting harder to get around. She wanted to add me to one of her accounts and was willing to come into her branch to do so. I was told that Capital One is an online bank and everything HAD to be done through customer service.no exceptions. I told the person she was 93 and she wasn't comfortable doing it on the phone or computer. Plus, she was never aware that there was nobody at any branch that could assist a senior citizen in my mom's situation. Please be aware that Capital One is not senior citizen friendly and there is nobody that will help you unless you want to deposit or withdraw. If my mom knew (and she is in her right mind) about this when Capital One bought out her old bank, that this is how they operate, I wonder if she would have gone with them. She no longer has her original cell phone so she couldn't get the code they were going to send her and by the time we were through with a lovely lady at customer service, it took about 20 minutes to fix her cell phone issue. Please consider what I wrote before you decide on using Capital One for your banking needs. If anyone, reading this, is from Capital One, please feel free to correct me.
