I went inside and mentioned it and they said "that's the cash price." As you can see, nowhere on that marquee (or at the pump) does it mention prices varying with card or cash. Then they tried to tell me all gas stations do that. When I mentioned it being a lie and false advertisement, they told me to call THE OIL COMPANY if I wanted to complain to someone. It's a private owned franchise and they claim the oil company controls their pricing and even tho they're the ones who control the display, that's the only way a refund could be offered.
