The pumps themselves are fairly quick unlike some of the other local stations. The staff here is really polite and the prices on general are reasonable. The store itself is well organized and clean and the bathrooms here are also well maintained. Overall, not a bad gas station to fuel at or pick up some snacks for the road. It is conveniently located near a ton of stores which makes it a great place to stop at after a long day of shopping in the area.

Decent # of pumps so there's rarely a line. Slightly annoying that you can't take a left out of the gas station tho & have to turn around in a terrible old lot. She went inside and asked the woman working there if someone could help her. The woman responded very loudly and rudely, "NO there is no one else here!" My mother went back outside and saw a young man at the next pump. She turned to him and asked if he could help her, without hesitation he did. My mother went back inside to give the woman a $20 bill. My mother noticed another woman there as well, so there were two employees there. The woman that told my mother no the first time wondered why my mother was back in there when she needed help. My mother stated that a young man was going to help her. The older woman that appeared after responded with, "How dare you ask our customers to help you!" My mother was shocked at the woman's response and walked back outside. The young man, Devon went in and was shocked by their lack of customer service and mentioned it to my mother. My mother was so upset by what she had just experienced she forgot to tip Devon the kind young man who helped her she can't stop thinking about this experience. Why are these women working there if they are so unhappy? Are these the people you want representing T-Bird? Shame on these women and shame on T-Bird.

On top of that the rollers pushed my car into the exit door of the wash. When the door started to go up it ripped off my front license plate and pulled the frame out of the bumper. I had my tires mounted this location last week and overall, it was the best experience I've had at…read morea tire shop. I made my appointment about a week ahead of time. I was in and out in under an hour. The staff were friendly and didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I paid $79.95 to have my four tires mounted/balanced and I think thats quite reasonable. I can't speak for the prices of their tires (because I bought mine online), but they advertise price matching of the other local tire shops. Also, my girlfriend had a tire patched there a couple months ago and that was a positive experience as well. I highly recommend this shop and I will be giving them my business for the foreseeable future.
