I gave him money for the air pump and he had one of his guys check the pressure for me. He explained that I had too much air in the tires and that may have been the problem all along but that if my sensors went off again I should bring it back. He was so helpful and saved me money, which he easily could have taken from me. Instead he was very honest and helpful so if I ever need to have my car serviced, I will definitely bring it there.

I'm just wondering why, each time I fuel, why am I able to pump more gallons of gas in my tank. I mean it's the same car, same gas tank. Same gas, well actually I'm using premium now. Yeah I'm living large but my car is living a champagne life. Guzzling expensive fuel and loving it. That may be the reason why I've stopped topping off at 12 gallons and now 14 to 15 gallons. We have a 2010 Chevy and had gotten an oil change and a full check up at our trusted out of state mechanic just five days before. However we needed the NY sticker for our inspection. A man named "Bill" told us that the cost for inspection was $37. When my husband pointed to the sign outside, he mentioned something about a coupon. We turned around to leave and then he said, "oh! I will do it for $25!" I should have known then this place was bad news. After 20 minutes, "Bill" called to tell us our car needed $700 worth of repairs before he would pass it. We firmly told him no. Then he offered to "overlook" some of the stuff if we would "work with him." We asked for our keys and went to leave but his mechanic had already started an oil change! We said no! This place is sketchy and I will be reporting them to the state. We had our car inspected down the road with NO issues!

Today, I had a different experience. First off, the guy at the front (I won't say any names) is rude. It takes nothing to say hello back to someone who came in and said hello. Anyway, came in to do a battery replacement. Everything was done and as I was walking to the office, I see my car....left UNATTENDED WITH THE HOOD UP and my car still running for several minutes. He just left it there like that. I walked to the office (hood was still up). Stood there waiting to get my bill and keys (hood still up) Mind you...it's a rainy day. This kid was negligent with my property. I don't know if me being a woman alone made that acceptable but it's not. Big or small job, it's business and you treat everyone's property and them with respect. Then after seeing my car left on with the hood up, I make them aware of it and then I paid and left. As I was driving, my USB/anti theft system was not working. Screen blank. Not only was he negligent with my property....he didn't finish the job. You have to reboot the anti theft system for that and the USB/screen controls to work. I was more than willing to tip the guy since I know they don't make much on batteries but after that experience, no. You don't just put a battery in...you need to reboot the system. Today was EXTREMELY disappointing and needless to say, I will go elsewhere from now on. Maybe give JJ a bit more training.

The trash cans overflowed and the grounds were littered with crap from other people's car washing and the state of their hoses was disgusting. Using them would most likely put dirt INTO your car. He did not want to put those dirty hoses in his car So we left. We drove around until we passed by Amoco and noticed the car wash area. When we arrived an Amoco employee was servicing the Car Wash. [Probably spot maintenance] We checked the hoses and they were in good condition. They are $1 and only take quarters. The vaccuum was quite strong and runs for about 3 minutes. The lot was clean and the trash cans weren't overflowing. I recommend his location for self service car washing I spent about 90 mins cleaning the interior of the car.
