I picked it up on Tuesday and everything was explained to me - she even tried to save me money by telling me to book it online for unlimited miles but I was okay with it.
Car was fine, less than 5,000km on it when I got it.
No damage, everything worked.
Took my trip, brought it back 1st thing in the morning.
Yes,I was charged for the miles, but I'd expected it. The 4 staff members I'd dealt with were very helpful and went out of their way.
I'd walked into Hertz before coming here because they're an American outfit and I'm a NY'er. They were rude and dismissive and I'm glad for it because doing business with the people in this Eurocar office and garage was truly a pleasure. I had a great trip and thank you!
