We called them a week in advance prior to our pick up date to check it was all ok. "Chris" said all fine. The day before we call again and he tells us he cannot pick us up!!! This leaves us in a terrible situation (needless to say he didn't care). He says he will refund our money - guess what, he never does! Read Trip Advisor and you'll see many comments of fraud from this organisation. We also read, that he charges multiple times over, so to be safe we cancelled our credit cards and reported this company to our bank. Don't use them - total bogus organisation and scamming for money.

Aviator cancelled on us at the last minute, whereas Kingdom was in constant communication and when we finally confirmed that same morning at 8am our driver Fred arrive at 10am just as planned. We spent the whole day with him in a sprinter van, his service was amazing, he let us take over our radio, and treated us like celebrities. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area, as their rates are competitive, cars are new models and clean and the service is A+.
