We had to present 3 separate videos to a room of 400 and have it to where everyone could hear and see perfectly. We had a continuous stream of our guests testimonials and pictures that were shown throughout the night. Finally we had our founders speak and honor individuals so numerous speeches. At any moment if the sound or video wouldn't of worked it would of been devastating to our efforts, but they did a beautiful job! My fiancé and I tried all numbers for 2 weeks , leaving 4 or 5 voice msgs that were "never received ". The only thing fishier than your nonsense fairytale story, Frank, is OJ's alibi. after the down payment was paid, I finalized all details with my wedding venue. I then proceeded to contact Frank for details pertaining to his staff that would be coming the day of the event and asking for dimensions of his layout, etc. The only way I could reach Our oh so wonderful Frank was to put another inquiry on his website and pretending to be a new customer. As if by wizardry, Frank calls my wife back in five minutes flat. Very professional Frank! (Mind you, two weeks MIA) After asking for an explanation for about five minutes, he proceeded to tell me that he was understaffed, all his staff apparently left his firm, and that he was in the process of hiring new staff. He explained to me ,as if it was my fault ,that no one wanted to work for him... and I can see why. Go elsewhere . Groupon has better deals than this clown , minus all the headache I just saved you . Someone had even stolen her computer the night before and she was able to show up smiling and gave an incredible performance. She was highly attentive to our needs and helped us come up with solutions to some less conventional problems (I had a step-father, adoptive father, and biological father in attendance). I also wanted to have rolling speeches--and she helped my many (13!) nieces and nephews approach the stage and give toasts. She also interfaced well with the restaurant managers and adhered to their restrictions related to decibels and set-up/break-down times. She even gave an amazing toast to us! I am so glad that she was there. She was able to play more low-key music throughout the beginning and then brought everyone out onto the dance floor after dinner. She is so remarkably skilled with responding to a crowd and saying the right thing at the right time. I 100% recommend her.

Jen was so incredibly kind and professional and she made me totally confident in her. Everything about the music at the wedding went really smoothly. She stepped in to MC certain parts of the night that I did not even ask her to do (because I hadn't even thought of it!) and that is the reason I give her 5 stars. My only complaint is that some of the songs she chose I felt were a miss, but I probably should have been more concrete on my playlist. The sound quality was just fine so her equipment must be in good shape; lights were fine (my venue was really hard to light), and obviously, zero drama and 100% professionalism.
