There's two seats available inside while reading the menu and waiting for your order. There's a bit of a wait because everything is cooked to order. Take out comes in styrofoam containers which are taped shut. Staff put cardboard at the bottom of the plastic bag to catch spills. I like that you have the option to choose your protein and sauce combination. They use lots of fresh herbs in their dishes which makes a big difference in taste. They tend to overcook their meats, but the sauces are YUMMY! They do know how to cook their fish which is moist and comes with flavorful sauce. Steamed fish is the way to go, but takes 20-40 minutes to prepare; you can have it fried if you're in a hurry. Available fish varieties and sauce choices are listed on a white board. Our fav is the meaty pompano cooked with chili and basil. We usually order the Thai iced tea (we let the ice melt because otherwise it would be too sweet) because it compliments the food well. I appreciate that they sell kaffir lime plants, imported Thai seasonings and rice noodles to make my own dishes at home. I've been buying up different spices, sauces and pastes to liven up our dishes. I'm grateful that this place is open for take out during the lockdown, it's a welcomed change from the usual Filipino food.

The selection is small and the food is mediocre, but what really stinks the rating is that it appears dramatically overpriced. So many seafood restaurants in the area, I would give this a hard pass.

WE'VE ORDERED - Pad Thai - um, no, it's not Thai - Morning glory aka kangkong, not bad - Mixed vegetables with oyster sauce, decent but tastes more like a Chinese dish. - English breakfast tea - added cream and sugar BEWARE! They serve their teas piping hot! - Coconut pudding - not wild about it. Too much peanuts, not sweet enough - Tom Yum was salty - Thai iced tea was weak and tasted more like a bubble tea. - Love their fresh fruit shakes, but they do need the syrup that comes with them. They're on the pricey side though. Lychee shake is the best! Non-food things that I love about them: free WiFi and a strong AC; bathrooms are clean with soap and toilet paper; they have their own generator so during brown outs (power outages), they're still open and running. They have stellar service with a smile: holding doors open for you, pulling out chairs for the women, everyone greeting you as you enter and thanking you as you exit. We keep coming back for their shakes, free WiFi and to bum off their electricity during brown outs.

Also ordered the grilled pork, seafood fried, not sure what the shrimp dish was but they were really generous with the servings. Seafood fried rice had lots of squid and shrimp in it that ordering the shrimp dish made it redundant. The pork was so soft and savory. Classic. Not sure if a chicken dish was ordered but I think we did and it was really great. The pricing and quality of the food will have me go back to this place on top of the authentic pad thai they serve.

A must try is the surprisingly good green papaya salad, and the green mango salad with a thai twist did not disappoint. Try also the pork satay, pad thai with shrimps, stir fry kangkong, bagoong rice, the famous Krung Thai fried chicker and sticky rice with mango abd or banana and camote fritters for dessert. There is also a souvenir and knick knack shop and some groceries and a dance hall upstairs. Nice ambience, plenty of parking. I highly recommend this place if you are craving Thai food.

Our…read moregroup of six walked in without a reservation (luckily they squeezed us in), and right away the vibe felt welcoming--elegant but not stuffy, with beautiful wood accents and soft lighting that made everything feel special. We started with the pomelo salad--bright, zesty, perfectly balanced with just the right kick--and then dove into the grilled pork skewers, which were smoky, tender, and gone in seconds. The star for me was the steamed sea bass with chili-lime sauce; the fish was so fresh it practically melted, and that sauce had me spooning it over everything. Even the pad see ew was a step above what I've had elsewhere--chewy noodles, great wok hei, not too sweet. Portions felt generous for the quality, and nothing was overly oily or heavy. Service was flawless. Our server remembered who ordered what without writing anything down and kept the water and tea flowing without us ever asking. They even brought out a little complimentary mango sticky rice at the end because it was one of our birthdays--such a thoughtful touch. Hands down one of the best Thai meals I've had in Manila. Worth every peso and I'll be back next time I'm in town. 5 stars all the way.
