My 1 year sobriety coin :)
    Trevor N.

I just got a year of sobriety and owe a huge thank you to Cirque Lodge for the role they played in getting me here. I've been to a number of rehabs and was never able to string together more than a few months... but when I came to Cirque Lodge everything turned around for me. The staff is amazing and very caring and the recreational activities are unlike anywhere else- they have their own helicopter, they hike in the gorgeous snow capped mountains.... and their alumni program is second to none. The former clients come back to Cirque once a year for a reunion and that says a lot- I've never seen another rehab that people would actually want to go visit when they're done.

    Amazing location!

Is this a Mormon-affiliated place? Their dress code is making me side eye them. I know it's Utah, but...

    No. It is non denominational.

I will never forget as my second day in Rehab was during the first night of the Annual Alumni Meeting down at the Studio.

A relative of mine is a current resident there and has been for several months. She is in chronic pain of her sciatic nerve and has so far basically been ignored. She has been to the nearby pain clinic one time with no plan to revisit or resolution for her pain. I have tried to speak to the Nursing Admin and always get voicemail. My calls are never returned. I have left messages for her doctor with the same result. As far as I know, there is no care plan in place for her discharge to an assisted living facility which is her desire and her goal. I live out of state so it is very hard for me to sit back and watch my relative be treated in such a manner. I am looking for another facility as I write this. Take my advice, do NOT let your family stay here. If there were a zero star rating, I would give it zero stars.

From the second I started going to true north I have regretted every moment. The counselors Bret…read moreand Jeanna straight up told me that they "do not care about my recovery." Not only did wait to talk to me about issues with my UA's until the very last day instead of bringing it up the first time it happened, I was completely forgotten about for my review you are supposed to get by the doctor after 1 month of being there to see how your treatment is going and if you are having a problem with relapsing or withdrawing at all and it is supposed to be a monthly meeting with him and I've only seen him one time in over 8 months. All they care is about getting their money every week on time and if you cannot do that or if you get paid a day later than it is due they make you taper the rest of the week Thursday to Monday even if you pay on one of those days. The even crazier part is you have to pay the full amount for that week even if you were being tapered thursday to Monday and then you have to pay again for the next coming week by Wednesday. I started on a Thursday so I had to pay $85 that day and then immediately on Monday they expected the next $85 payment for the next week how is that fair? Why would I have to pay $85 for three days of treatment and then be expected to pay Monday again $85 for the next entire week even though it even hasn't been a week? Their policies do not make any sense. There are numerous HIPAA violations taking place every day and I cannot believe that this Clinic has not been shut down or sued by a client that they have had yet. The counselors have favorites and they are not afraid to show it, and if they don't like you they'll make sure they do everything they can to get you kicked out. Once I was they're at 8:58 a.m. on a Saturday and closed at 9 a.m. and they locked the door on me and wouldn't answer the phone. I started to try to call them at 8:45 am. Of course they will not admit that they locked the door on me early because they could be sued, but they also let a girl in that got there at 9:15 a.m. after me and she told me she never called to tell them... As they let her in she then slammed the door in my face but that week was also a week I could not make a payment by Wednesday.. Which to me just seems a little bit odd. I have been someone that has a problem was making payments Monday through Wednesday because I get paid on Fridays they have always been after me and done everything in their power to make me suffer or withdrawal. Which is crazy to me because I'm the one paying their bills......One day I heard Jeanna telling her co-worker there about how she paid for one of the clients to stay in a hotel for a few days over Christmas so they had somewhere to stay. But then I am one or two days late with a payment even though I've shown them I am a loyal client for eight months, and they can't give me a break? Everybody who works there is two Faced and constantly talking about their patients in front of anybody there, and also making fun of them. I work in the medical field and I've never been in an office so unprofessional or unsympathetic for people going through the things addicts will go through . If you're rich don't worry about ever having to pee clean but if you're poor make sure that you are perfect and never stray from the recovery path or they will kick you out the first chance you get instead of asking you how they can help or what's going on in your life. Because God forbid they find out someone in your family has cancer or that you are homeless yourself and understand why you had a problem with relapsing. Counselor should be supportive and understanding not ignorant and intolerant. Especially when its a rehab. I cannot wait to meet with another company or clinic about my recovery or path to sobriety, all they ever made me want to do was go back to doing drugs and forget about how crappy and judgemental people can br. So save yourself the time and please go to another clinic you'll be happy you did.

Every staff member I had contact with was helpful. I think it would be so hard in this industry to not become jaded, but they seem to maintain a level of genuine interest and caring that I was honestly surprised with. Dave was my therapist and was awesome. He's one of the owners, but rather than sitting back, takes a very active role in everything that goes on there, including individual therapy with clients. He was a great mix of fun, professionalism, and genuine caring. The group meetings and instruction from staff members were always very interesting, and supportive. I learned a lot and benefited from being around such empathetic people. Not quite as important, but still nice- the facilities were nice, clean, and well maintained. Being in a difficult situation, any nicety made life a little easier. In a very difficult time of life, the treatment I received here and in their outpatient program really turned things around for me. I'm very grateful to them.
