My three sons and husband ate the "real" burgers along with the mix fries and assorted sauces- the truffle sauce was to die for! The patty comes out as something that reminds me less of a burger and more as meatloaf. And to be clear, it's OK that Europe hasn't mastered the burger. I don't need it to. But others wanted to go here as a lunch near my client's office, so I was pleasantly surprised with the burger. Specifically - very flavorful beef, the right "density" so it didn't feel like meatloaf, a good grilled flavor, juicy without being overly greasy. Just a solid burger patty, I'd be happy with this in the US, no question. Lots of creative toppings, and nice hot crispy fries. I'm serious, this is a place I would visit with some regularity if it was near my house in Illinois. But it's in a small town on the Swedish North Sea coast. Globalization, I tell you.
