I usually go for a huge selection, I've found some really good juice here. The only con that I can say is that it feels a little intimidating walking in, it feels more like a boy's club than a shop. There's usually a bunch of customers posted up around the bar, and there's been a few times I've been stared at when I first come in. That isn't the shop's fault though, I recommend this place if you're out this way.

As we continued to look around, the worker then approached us saying how we are disrespectful and how we were mocking her yawn. That is not the case I didn't even know she yawned and wouldn't let us talk at all. We tried to explain ourselves and how we saw a man that made us uncomfortable yet she didn't care. I personally don't think it was professional and very uncalled for, for her to speak this way to my friends and I when we are mature enough not to do that to someone. She then proceeded to go to the front desk and made sure every other worker was told about this situation and it was wrong for her to assume we were making fun of her.

I had called ahead and spoke to Keller, who was so helpful, and he kindly offered to hold the product I was looking for. They have reverted to their "door-buster" and coupons system, but the internal layout makes the place feel like a collection of semi-related stores. With that said, I tend to do most of my clothes shopping here due to the presence of coupons and their store credit card. However, for most things that I would consider, they tend to have something I like. Perhaps not trendy, but I'm no fashion expert. Their prices are not outrageous, and the sales help make them competitive with similar stores. Still, the new division based on brands is so weird!

Purchased many vape units/disposables/coils/E juice/salt Nic. Ect.. I will say that their customer service sucks, they do not care about their customers nor do they have much knowledge about vaping and their prices are highly overpriced compared to other shops or online. I must have bought multiple devices and regardless of the brand, they all fail, or do not function accurately. They tell their customers to contact the brand/maker and it's not their problem, basically take it up with the brand name/maker. Indy Smoke Time and all their locations are a joke, they are horrible and I will never ever step foot into their shops again. Managers keep changing because they all suck and have no customer service skills. * DO NOT COME HERE !
