While setting up tables, Michele left for over two hours to pick something up, but she did not answer texts or phone calls as to when she was returning. The mothers of bride and groom, bridesmaids, & bride's two brothers were placing tablecloths, plates, chargers, utensils, and flower people helped to set up. We were a table short, and Michele said she thought it was enough. She was the person who created the table seating poster. The same group set up the candy bar. We found out the next day that Michele had two weddings the same day, so I can assume she was setting up the other wedding. The celebration was outside and unfortunately, it started to rain 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. Michele made NO move to go to plan B as she told the couple they had to let her know two hours before the wedding. How would they know when it would rain?? The maid of honor took the reins, and shuffled the guests around, and the ceremony was 30 minutes late. Now at the reception, there was the cake cutting but No bouquet toss, first dance. The next day, the cleanup team consisted of family and couple. Michele showed up when we we're almost finished. As mother of the groom, I am so disappointed in the service provided by Michele. The couple did complain to Christina later, and one sixth of the money paid was returned. I feel at the very minimum, half of the cost should have been refunded. Owner, Rhonda, or her staff ever return phone calls. The three times we did stop Rhonda informed us she was "too busy" to talk to us. Was left freaking out. Three weeks before wedding finally spoke to her sister-in-law (guess she is too tight to hire staff) and was helped with some of the major details for the wedding. Because of Rhonda being "too busy" we were forced to order cake, flowers, and decor elsewhere. Overall, I would not recommend this venue for a wedding.

Be warned--an outdoor July wedding at 4:30 in the afternoon is blazing hot. We opted for standing in the shade on a raised deck with a great view of the entire ceremony. This couple provided guests with fans that had the wedding program on one side and their picture on the other. Amidst a pandemic, I'm questioning the choice of fans. Indoors was air conditioned with seating and a bar on the main floor and upstairs. The second floor is a loft with a single row of tables and chairs looking down on main floor. Bartenders were friendly, some of the staff wore masks, some of the time. The air wasn't cooling the building and after a heavy thunderstorm, outside was cooler, so the doors were opened and a huge fan used to get some cross ventilation going. It was actually nicer outside among the tall trees. There's covered outdoor seating and a paved area where many guests hung out. With a DJ playing it was easier to visit and talk outdoors, perhaps safer too. When we returned to our vehicle at the end of the night, we discovered most people parked by us were stuck in mud and the owner was pulling us out with his truck. A little muddy, but no damage done to my SUV and an exciting finish to a fabulous event. AC not working well, overflow parking in what became a muddy mess were the only negatives. I imagine the deluge was atypical, but AC needs attention, not out of their control.

Linda did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding down in Bloomington! I had her special order Picasso Calla Lilies and arrange all of the boutonnières for family members. She also put together three lovely terrariums for the tables at the wedding, as well as some greenery for our wedding cake. The arrangements were gorgeous and so was her farm. Just two things to consider: she does not deliver, so it made it a little more difficult to get the arrangements before the wedding. While she is only 20 minutes outside of Bloomington, it wasn't on the way to our venue. I knew my parents would love to see the farm, so that made it worthwhile for me. The other thing is that she has two (adorable) dogs that will greet you when you arrive. I LOVE dogs, but don't care for them to jump on me with muddy paws. . . ;) When we went to pick up the wedding flowers, the dogs jumped onto the side of my newly-washed vehicle and left mud marks & scratches on my car. I had my car washed again and the marks from the dogs are still there. Not the end of the world, but not fabulous either. If I were throwing an event in Bloomington, I would definitely hire her again!

I haggled a little bit, and got a very reasonable price for both. The guys show up the day of party, on time. They set up quickly, they pushed for a little more time to be added, I politely declined. But the guys were a bit gruff. The man who was walking with the pony was aggressive and just not a happy pony person. Other than that they were good. We all have bad days, but since I would think the majority of business comes from doing kids parties, I would request someone else to come with the pony.

We were quoted a price of $945. We reached out to book with them. No one ever responded back for days. WE finally get someone on the phone and they tell us the person whom quoted us the price is no longer an employee and they won't honor the price. Who does business like this? I would highly suggest you don't do business with this company. It takes them days to respond to inquiries and they don't honor the prices their own employee quote and that are on official contracts they email out! BAD BUSINESS!
