While setting up tables, Michele left for over two hours to pick something up, but she did not answer texts or phone calls as to when she was returning. The mothers of bride and groom, bridesmaids, & bride's two brothers were placing tablecloths, plates, chargers, utensils, and flower people helped to set up. We were a table short, and Michele said she thought it was enough. She was the person who created the table seating poster. The same group set up the candy bar. We found out the next day that Michele had two weddings the same day, so I can assume she was setting up the other wedding. The celebration was outside and unfortunately, it started to rain 10 minutes prior to the ceremony. Michele made NO move to go to plan B as she told the couple they had to let her know two hours before the wedding. How would they know when it would rain?? The maid of honor took the reins, and shuffled the guests around, and the ceremony was 30 minutes late. Now at the reception, there was the cake cutting but No bouquet toss, first dance. The next day, the cleanup team consisted of family and couple. Michele showed up when we we're almost finished. As mother of the groom, I am so disappointed in the service provided by Michele. The couple did complain to Christina later, and one sixth of the money paid was returned. I feel at the very minimum, half of the cost should have been refunded. Rachel and her husband were amazing. The arrived early, setup, and was all ready before the first guest arrived. They served beer, wine and cider. They did an excellent job of making sure there was something to fit everyone's tastebuds. The address is listed as south of 465, but this service is a mobile beer trailer. We went with the 1960s Vintage Camper. If you look at my photos, you'll see the camper. But go to Indybeertaps.com and you'll see more photos. The camper was very picturesque. They setup a chalkboard with the drink selections listed. There was a wicker chair and a planter as well. These small touches went a long way to create a picture perfect memorable event. My husband asked about the butteriness (a word I made up, apparently) of the popcorn, and he was honest with his feedback. In addition to the cider and popcorn, they also had a nice selection of beer, wine and spirits as well as candy. The volunteers were stationed outside of the theater entrances until 6pm, when the doors opened. One of the gentlemen had his picture up in the lobby as "Volunteer of the Year".
