We ordered the Slow-Cooked Ox Cheek Pasta Ragu, Thai Steamed Seabass, and Panko-Crusted Fish and Chips. The ox cheek pasta was so good that my son ordered a second. Seabass was good too with lightly flavored cream sauce. My husband said the fish and chips were too salty and just ok. We later heard from our tour guide that never order fish and chips at a restaurant, do it at fish & chips shop. oh well, we're stupid tourist. All-in-all, it was good food, comfortable seating, low lighting and low noise. we needed that relaxation atmosphere at the end of a long day.

The menu does feel limited - cachaca and rum being the spirits of choice, however this is a South American styled bar, so if you're a fan of caipirinhas and mojitos look no further. The menu is not as diverse and not customizable or very innovative. But really the main reason for 2 stars and not 3 is the staff. Arrogant and sometimes rude. Judged mental and superficial. Their Prerogative obviously as a speakeasy but I have personally not encounter this behavior from any of the speakeasy cocktail bars around the world that I have been to.
