The price you cant beat 4 birria, 2 el pastor and 2 carne asada tacos for $22 not getting that anywhere out here. The meat was seasoned to perfection and fresh and we came here at about 8:30pm and it was not packed at all. I love that they have the salsa bar with all the fixings and you don't have to worry about having something you don't like on your taco. The service was great and again it was really quick we got our food in less than 10 minutes. Its a nice storage container establishment/food truck which I like cause they also had outdoor seating of course. This will now be our Taco Tuesday spot from here on out. You wont be disappointed so give it a try.

Because they are only open for breakfast and lunch, friends who have been here told me you just have to go and brave the wait because "it's just that good!" I needed to find out for myself, so we decided to go on a Sunday for brunch. I think luck was on our side! We must have arrived right between the first and second brunch rushes because even though the hostess quoted a 15-20 minute wait, we were seated in just five minutes. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. We had only been sitting for a couple of minutes when our server came over to bring water and take our drink orders. She was super friendly and answered all of our questions about the menu. For my meal, I ordered the Chile Relleno Corn Tamale. Wow! I love chile rellenos, and this was by far one of the best I've ever had. The sauce was amazing, and the dish itself was incredibly flavorful, leaving a subtle sweet and spicy kick after each bite. The prickly pear margarita I ordered was nice and refreshing as well. I will definitely be back!

Since we were already seated we decided to stay. This is a food truck with a more developed setup for dinning. They have a large tent with 2 walls and the food truck on a 3rd side, and multiple tables. There's someone working the food truck and someone that will come to your table to give you menus and take your order. She was kind. When we were talking about a dish and the flavor, she offered to let us try the bone broth. It was SO good and a huge portion.. now I'm wondering if it's just something they give.. it had cabbage and stuff in it (can't remember what else) & was a large cup. I debated on what to order then picked the tacos de chicharron. They came with ample meat and cabbage and cilantro/onion on the side to put on. The table also has a setup of a few sauces to use. One which the server warned was pretty spicy, we did not try, but the others were good. I even ended up trying the cabeza taco I was going back and forth about and it was really good! I liked it better than the others! My husband enjoyed his 2 orders as well.
