We stopped at this location on our road trip to New Hampshire. Gas was comparable to other stations but we were there for the snacks. I love the chips, desserts, drinks, coffee, etc. it's definitely a one stop shop convenience store. The place was large, clean, and organized.

I was quoted overcharged prices twice and when confronted I was hung up on by the manager. This company operates illegally and preys upon people in their time of distress. Then I had to deal with the jerk inside the station. He got really mad that I came back in to ask for money back because I had debited my card for more gas than I actually bought. This was all new to me, and he was really nasty about it. Anyway, I urge people to go somewhere else. This is a poorly run gas-station with angry, hostile people behind the counter.

The man I met told me he had been working there for his family over 20 years, and it's hard to find a better local resource than this for the price of a small tip and your gas. The station was very accessible and neatly kept right before the heart of downtown Amherst. You can pull in from either direction--just know what side of your car has the gas cap! All in all, I would tell international travelers, locals, students, and people of all ages and walks of life to go here. I'm certain they'll make you feel welcome and answer your questions, even in the bitter cold. Again, for full service gas, the price is low so mind to tip your attendant, 10% is a good amount and fits the current era we live in. As soon as I did, the tire felt like it went flat but it actually snapped. We thought the axle or joints were busted but without being able to see underneath it's hard to tell. We had *just* had it inspected and the alignment corrected in NH the week prior to this because we registered the vehicle there as new residents, so we were surprised something this bad would happen so soon afterward. Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!

Little things tell a lot about the company. I feel completely misled and price gouged. The first time using your service. Everytime we are in the area we try to make it a point to stop in to buy some of their footlong sandwiches. Our favorites include their Italian stallion as well as green monster sandwich. The staff here is generally really polite and they do a great job with making their products. The only downside to this store is the fact that their deli hours are a bit scattered. Every time we show up it's as if we are a few minutes late but when we do get to order our sandwiches, we aren't disappointed. We will continue to stop in here so that we can eat their delicious food as well as pick up snacks.
