The burger was cooked perfectly--fresh off the grill, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The toppings were spot on and balanced just right. When a burger is dripping with juices as you bite into it, you know it's done right. Nobody wants one of those dry, Sahara-desert burgers where you need a sip of water after every bite. This one definitely wasn't that. If the burgers are cooked like they were today every time, this place would be slam packed 24/7. The service was great too--quick turnaround, friendly smile at the register, and good food on a Sunday afternoon after church. I also noticed a Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich on the menu that looks like it might be fire, so I'll definitely be back soon to give that one a try. Great job today, Freddy's. If it had only been a few minutes before closing, we never would have gone in. When we walked in, the two employees behind the counter immediately seemed annoyed that customers had arrived. We stood at the front counter waiting to order for about 15 minutes. During that entire time, neither employee acknowledged us, made eye contact, or even said they'd be with us shortly. Instead, they slowly walked around, appearing visibly irritated and mumbling under their breath. I kept thinking someone would eventually help us, but after waiting that long without even being acknowledged, we finally left and went somewhere else. I was honestly shocked because I've never experienced service like that before. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food since we never even had the opportunity to place an order.
