There was limited parking and we saw some cars parked alongside the Denny's. We decided to park there since there was no sign that says no parking and the curb was not red. After the show, we came back to realize our car was gone. The workers at Shell called a Tow Truck to remove our car. The service they used brought it to a facility that is not open on weekends. We live in Phoenix and now we have to wait until Monday (it's Saturday) to get our car back, and the workers at Shell simply did not care less. We explained our situation and they just yelled back saying they didn't care. Terrible customer service, and truly just the worst human beings I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and never come here. Truly disgusted with the workers and atmosphere.

It's probably not easy to keep up with everything, but overall it felt decently maintained. One thing that stood out was that, unlike some other locations in rougher areas, this one didn't have a bunch of machines out of service. Everything we needed was actually working, which was a nice surprise. The guy working was friendly and helpful, but there was one slightly odd moment where he called my girlfriend a "creamer guy" because she puts creamer in her iced tea. Not a big deal, just a little unexpected. Overall, a solid QuikTrip. Not perfect, but definitely better than some others and worth stopping at if you're nearby.

We stopped in since Quiktrip is known to have clean restrooms and a great variety of drinks that we love. They did not disappoint with the drinks and the friendly service is always in full force, which is lovely. The only concern was that the drink lid and sugar stations were not stocked fully and there was a lot of spillage from other people leaving messes. I am sure it is difficult to keep things clean with potentially some of the customers who stopped by in this location. That is no negative toward Quiktrip.
