I stopped here for gas and needed to use the restroom. Badly…read more I walked to where they keep the restrooms and one of them was blocked by a floor, scrubbing machine, and the other one was locked. There was I think highchair back there it was a mess in this little hallway, no signs indicating that they weren't available. There was no sign on the front door, saying no public restrooms. So there was and I had to stand in line to ask for the restroom key. Two people were working the front and the guy in front of me was buying some cigarettes or something, but no one even acknowledged me or anything. I didn't have anything in my hands. I figure when there's two people working then maybe two people could be working the cash registers since they're both standing behind the counter... when I asked, they very rudely told me that there's no public bathroom and I told him I had to go really badly. I almost asked them. Where do you go to the bathroom because I would like to go there. It would be really easy to put a sign up on both of the doors saying out of order and a sign on the door saying public restroom is currently out of order. I mean, is that even legal to not have a public restroom in working condition at retail/food establishments?

I went to buy a pack of cigarettes and the guy at the counter state he needed to see my ID. I did not know that my license had expired. I am a hard 65 years with gray and white hair and look 65 but this moron refused to sell the smokes due to my expired license which had nothing to do with my age. Like I said before what a moron!!!

Never been bothered by any unhoused people. please have a bit of empathy, if they ask you for money and you say no they won't bother you.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service--and that's putting it mildly…read more Yes, the store is dirty, grimy, & rundown to the point of being uninviting; but I could have overlooked that, since most of what they sell is prepackaged anyway. What can't be overlooked is the hostile attitude and complete lack of basic decency from the staff (or owners--honestly, it's hard to tell who's who when everyone behaves so abrasively). Reading the other reviews, it's clear this isn't just a one off "bad day" scenario. This place has a pattern: abrasively rude, aggressive, unprofessional behavior toward would be customers. We're not talking about just slightly rude--I'm talking about over-the-top reactions to the simplest questions. When someone politely asks for a cup of water--in Arizona, during a 100°+ day--maybe don't act like they've asked you to hand over a kidney. It's water, not gold. Calm down. Truly- who pissed in your cornflakes & why are you trying to take it out on everyone walking in the door? That kind of bitter attitude doesn't just drive customers away--it makes people remember you for all the wrong reasons. Treating people with decency is free. When you choose to be nasty to others, it says more about you than anything else & how you treat others says everything about who you are. Kindness costs nothing--but the karma you earn from cruelty will cost you everything. There are definitely cleaner, friendlier, more professional places all around--run by people with actual integrity. I'd strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that reflects the values you want to see in the world. This place doesn't deserve your business and won't be getting mine.
