The sales person said she only smelled peppermint(??!!). We then, in front of the sales person, opened another bottle that had the same odor. The explanation was that they make different batches. We had certainly hoped it would at least be investigated in case a bacteria had gotten into that batch. We were offered a credit but not a refund. We have found a wonderful product online and will not be ordering from Holly Hill again. My advice: check your product before you leave the store.
