This has to be the worst Circle K in Tampa and likely all of Florida. The store is filthy! The Health Department should pay a visit. The soda fountain is constantly out of flavors or out of cups or simply broken. Plus, don't expect a printed receipt when you purchase and pay for gas at the pump. They are never stocked with paper. The restrooms stink worse than you can imagine and are always out of soap. Worst of all, the day manager is rude and never acknowledges or thanks the customers. Avoid if at all possible! Try visiting the Circle K at Manhattan and Bay to Bay. That one isn't too far away, and you'll find it much more appropriate for a well run convenience store. read more

Just like all the Circle K's they have the best cigarette prices in town. Especially if you belong to their Inner Circle club. Most reward programs exclude cigarettes, but Circle K members get a discount on smokes. Inner Circle members also get .25 cents per gallon discount on their first 5 fill ups! read more

I went to the Circle K today (2/11/25) on my way to get my three-year-old from daycare... I needed to get something behind the counter and I got my daughter a doughnut and a stuffed animal to surprise her... the man that was at the checkout was a black man with dreads about 5'2.. He said his name was Lowe Alexander towel... once he finished checking me out he asked me if that was all I said yes.. I looked down at the card reader and it was beeping and ready to take my card so I put my card down and proceeded with my pin number... in less than a minute he got frustrated with me and said I can't put my card down yet because it's going to keep taking longer.. so I said OK my bad let's do it again.. he took that as I had a tone with him and started lecturing me about how I don't need to be treating him this way.. I completely was caught off guard and immediately started being very respectful.. as I tried again he started getting upset and very angry with me.. everything I said ticked him off and he just kept getting himself worked up.. next thing I know he's telling me to get out of the store and that he won't serve me.. I questioned him and asked him why he wasn't going to serve me and then he proceeded to tell the man behind me that he would serve him because he'll treat him better ... I was so stunned that I had no words. I just backed up and began to walk out without buying anything ... as I was about to leave, I asked the man what his name was and he gave me his first middle and last name and mentioned he's always here ...I have just got off of work and I'm probably the sweetest person you'll ever meet.. this interaction took about 20 minutes of my time which I didn't have because I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare ..I don't usually write the yelp reviews but this isn't the first time I've watched this man go from 0 to 100 with a customer before.. I was waiting in line a couple weeks ago in the same gas station and I watched this Circle K employee curse out a 50 year-old man because he was frustrated.. I watched the 50-year-old man completely confused as he did nothing wrong.. to be very honest these interactions are completely one-sided where the employee has an ego that is sky high and thinks it's OK to disrespect people like this let alone women.. I was about to call the police but I decided to write this thank you for your time and please be careful. read more

If i could change it to 0 stars i would! My son came in this store with his friend, my son picked a cup up and saw that a bite was taken out of it, my son asked the worker why is there a bite out of this cup, she started saying "Keep up those stupid questions i'm going to have you kicked out of this store." My son went to checkout, he was waiting for this lady to finish ringing up her items, my son did not want to go to the other register because it was dirty, she started yelling at my son telling him to go to the other register. This store had a strong smell of weed inside of it. As my son went outside a UPS my son said to his friend outside the store why is she acting like a b word, she heard it and she started screaming at my son, the ups driver heard this and started yelling at my son and his friend too, he said "she isn't a b word she is a a$$hole." My son left, the ups driver said if you come back over here you are going to get your a$$ beat. read more

Unbelievably bad service. Car wash breaks in the middle of a wash and clerk won't do anything about it other than to tell me to drive forward, go back in line at the store and get a new code and then wait in line again for 30 min while the soap dries on my new car. I will never go back and warn others. read more

April 21, 2020 3650 S. Dale Mabry Shell. Could not use Fuel Rewards card because the clerk at 2pm said CASH ONLY, because their systems are down. Why is it their systems are always down and it's cash only? Fuel Rewards card only works with credit/debit card. read more

This gas station gets the job done. Quite a few pumps but still pretty busy. It's a Shell Station so you can do their Winn Dixie rewards program or the Shell one. Cirjle K Market. The bald older guys was working HARD cleaning the pumps. Give that man a raise! read more

Came here to put gas. I am in a wheelchair and it says to call 813-831-7218 to have someone come and assist me. I called the number and a guy picked up the phone saying that he can't come outside because he can't leave the store. So thanks a lot now I am left with no gas and you should take those signs that say if you assistance down because no one was there to assist me. read more

So this is a typical Circle K convenience store with the usual hot foods, drinks, slurpees, etc. One thing I do want to highlight is the frozen yogurt, which has a few flavors and a number of toppings to choose from. Their fountain drink section has both coke and pepsi products, and I believe all sizes are the same low price. One of the ladies that works here is always very perky and friendly, which makes this store easier to visit. Even when full and the line is long, things move pretty quickly and you still get in and out of here. And of course there is (lower priced)gas, a car wash, and a water machine here as well. read more

The store itself is clean and the staff seem friendly. My issue is their car wash. Our regular car wash wasn't in operation so I figured why not try Circle K. I paid $9 thinking I would get a full car wash but the machine seemed to just pour water on our car while the rollers were moving around our car, so I felt we got a car rinse, not an actual wash. At least we got the dryer at the end, but I will probably go back to my regular car wash on Gandy/Westshore and if it's out of service I will wait it out. Like I said, the convenience store is fine, just disappointed in the car wash. read more
