I was surprised to see a cashier who looked like a serial killer behind the counter. He didn't say hello or smile. He had a very long weird looking beard and a hunting hat. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I won't be returning until they do a better job of screening employees. I know there's a worker shortage but seriously, if the employee deals with the public, they shouldn't act like someone out of a horror movie. It was daylight and the creepy guy still freaked me out. That's never happened before, ever. He's straight out of a nightmare, not ugly but obviously would enjoy stabbing or shooting humans. Crazy owner screamed and cussed at me and called me names telling me I couldn't come back to her store because I was parked in front of the door waiting for my handicapped 86 year old client to come out from buying lottery tickets. She is on a walker and needs help getting in and out and was waiting for her. She pulled up behind me and honked at me so I motioned to go around (there were zero cars at the pumps) and when i got out to help my client in I pointed to her to let her know why I was waiting and the psychotic owner got out and started screaming at me. She's not smart because she told me she's the owner so I'm going to tell everyone i know how she is discriminatory against seniors and vulgar. She clearly saw my client and how she couldn't walk and needed help. It was beyond unacceptable and I wish I had it on video I would show everyone. Never in my life. Disgusting human being. I walked into the convenient store to buy some m&ms and fell in love with the cashier. She is beautiful and has an exotic accent... I wonder if she is single? The store is clean and the gas was priced fairly for the area. She has plastic gas mits at each pump which is great. This gas station is really good. The place is very clean and they are very professional.

Went to exchange a propane tank. After asking at least half a dozen times and the cashier asking "what you want change for?" He finally got what we were asking and responded "what you want me to do, nobody tell em where the key is". What we wanted was him to do his job or at least be apologetic and not act like we were jerks for asking. read more

Used this station before. Gas prices are excellent.They stay consistently competitive. Friendly people working here, must ADMIT since I just moved here. It has safe to me on these one-way streets I am not very fond off. Finding my way home, especially after dark, that will really come in handy in November when it gets dark early. Look them up on yelp and could not find them. That happens... And it's perfectly okay. Not the first business I've taken the time to add. Not for any recognition. Seriously. I already know I am the queen of Sheba LOL, my biggest pleasure doing the yelp reviews. Is helping The community in a small way. And when another website, recommended yelp. First time I checked it out I was really happy,not only all the valuable info. But just been like I found out today, walking into this Gas Station. But yes there are hard-working people out there that these are voice recognition. Not to mention that they are very glad to be exposed to the community to surf them, and to also be able to financially support themselves and their families. I had half a tank of gas in my car, and it just bothered me that lots of people who are not familiar with this area. Were not aware of such a good clean gas station, in such a good location. Filled up my car here on Jan 24, 2015. $2.39 / gallon for regular unleaded. Two miles down the road, saw another station selling for $1.91 / gallon. What a ripoff. Will avoid this place going forward. read more

Met the owner of this gas station today when I discovered my rear tire was flat flat flat! Richard went above and beyond to help assess the situation and then change my tire for me. He helped me locate my spare underneath the clutter in my trunk (one beach chair, one tennis racquet and a yoga mat or two later...), took off the flat and put on the spare in the lovely Tampa heat. Not only was he a lifesaver - but he was friendly and engaging! I learned he practices at the same yoga studio as I do - right down the street. If you're ever in this neighborhood, definitely stop in to say hi to Richard and fill up on gas! You'll be happy you did. read more

Extremely rude! Went in and made a purchase. I asked to use the restroom and was told it was broken and was called retarded.

I'll start by saying that this is the cleanest Sunoco I've ever been to inside and out. The clerks are always friendly and the service is fast. But all of that does not make up for the treatment I received today! Until today, this was my store to stop at every time I am downtown. I spent over $80 this week and they will never see my money again. Today, like everyday, I filled up my car then bought a soda and a snack. Then, I got a phone call and walked around the side of the building to smoke a cigarette. I stood outside on the phone for about 15 mins. Right as the call ended, the owner walked around the corner demanding I move my car before the tow truck gets there. He was cocky about it and calling a tow truck after 15 mins is ridiculous, but its his business and he was obviously upset that I remained parked at a pump after completing the transaction. (The only car at any of the pumps I should add, so it's not like I was preventing business in any way.) I was about to leave when a woman walked out screaming at the top of her lungs telling me, "you better not ever come back to my store and park your car and walk away you stupid mother f**ker...It's illegal and I'm calling the cops." She pointed her finger in my face almost touching my nose stating that "you're a stupid b***h and you better not ever come back." I assured them that I would never return and that treatment was was uncalled for! I started to wait for the cops and block the pump a little longer out of anger, but decided jeopardizing my safety was not worth it since this woman continued to verbally attack me while getting in my face. As I was pulling away the male owner punched my car window and said don't come back. I felt like they wanted to fight me for simply smoking a cigarette after spending $35 dollars there. If I had not spent any money or had customers been hindered in any way I would've understood the anger, but these people are just simply out of control! I was in fear that one of them was going to attack me and that's the ultimate reason I left when I did, rather than waiting for the cops. And I am still considering to file assault charges. Nobody should ever be made to feel this way when spending their hard earned money at a local business. If there is some kind of etiquette that I broke that I am unaware of, I apologize. But to be treated like a criminal with verbal abuse and assault was absolutely overboard. Then, as I was leaving the woman yelled at the top of her lungs, "go ahead and run you little b***h! Run!" I was confused. Did she want me to stay and block the pump or did she want me to leave? I am absolutely in shock! read more
