I initially didn't trust SSI CVS after all the mayhem from the Brunswick store, and wanted to go to Jacksonville, but SSI's pharmacists proved to be competent and responsible. They understand accountability to a client who can't sit around waiting missing a daily dose. I appreciate their professionalism, relatively worlds away from Brunswick, and compared to my slacker CVS at home, more accountable too.

I had stacked them on the counter while trying to unfold and untangle them one by one. I just didn't notice her. She wouldn't take my money. I asked her what was wrong and got a mean attitude. I still didn't understand what I had done and got a bit irritated myself. I told her it was too early to be giving people attitude. She started yelling at me, told her co-worker that she would not check me out and walked away from the counter. She continued to yell at me very loudly from the other side of the store. I got my change and left. I was questioning myself, wondering if I did something wrong when a gentleman who was exiting the store when I was getting into my car remarked that he could not believe how horrible this girl was to me. He had great energy and was genuinely friendly and personable, and he made our checkout experience so enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how he took the time to engage with all three of my kids. He asked them if they were ready to go back to school and actually chatted with them rather than just rushing us through the line. They loved it, and he honestly made their day too. It's not often that someone makes that much of an impression during such a quick interaction, especially in a store that busy, but Caleb absolutely did. His positive attitude made the chaos a little more enjoyable for our whole family. I really hope the Brunswick management team sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves. Buc-ee's is lucky to have him!

Their bathrooms are clean and spacious. Also, the stalls go from floor to ceiling, so you get ample privacy. They have NOTHING but space to move about the gas station, sit and eat, rest, you name it. Whatever you need, they seem to have in a one-stop-shop experience. Pricing ranges depending on what you are buying, of course, but overall it is truly a one-of-a-kind experience.
