My issue is mainly with the UHaul portion of the operation...originally had appointment to pick up a trailer at 12 noon...for some reason it gets pushed to 1 PM....arrive at location at approximately 12:05 PM...This is where I learn customer service is abysmal....The UHaul employee tells us tough luck you'll have to wait until 1 PM....even though it would have taken him all of 10 minutes to check out the trailer we had to wait 55 minutes to get it...I've dealt with UHaul locations all over the state of LA and until 11/28/12 had never been treated so shabbily...when the guy finally arrives he wants me to do all the heavy lifting etc...I looked him dead in the eye and said I waited 55 minutes for you to do your job so I'm simply gonna stand here and watch you do it! If it can be helped or I have a say, in the future I'll never use this UHaul location again.

I chose the drive-thru to pick up prescriptions because flu and covid are rampant in our area and I wanted to avoid un-necessary contact. However the speaker at the drive-thru is unintelligible, making it difficult (if not impossible) to conduct an intelligent conversation. The employee at the drive-thru could not hear me, and I could not understand her. Because of this, the medications were delivered incorrectly and one was omitted entirely. I was forced to enter the store and disrupt the flow of the employees work just to resolve the problem. Discussions with employees revealed that this audio system is a continuing problem. Get it fixed!!

At least the ones in my hometown. it took me two weeks to get a prescription that I delivered to them 10 days before I needed it refilled. I had to go to my doctors office twice. They had to send it electronically twice and that was after I hand delivered a written prescription to them. I will now be paying 50% less no hassle no waiting in line for 30 minutes with only one car in front of you. Goodbye Walgreens forever.
