So, if they don't know you they are very cautious and can be quite abrupt. Recently I needed some items but they were sold out. The owner said he could deliver them to my house, which is nearby and on his way home. So I paid for it and he delivered just as he said. Do I don't understand why so many hateful reviews.

More damaging is the chemical they have in the bucket. After using it, my windshield was full of smears, in worse shape after using their cleaning chemical on it.
