The service here is careless to the point of unbelievable. The employees act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. This was my first time at this location, and if I can avoid ever coming back, I absolutely will. To be specific, employees blatantly avoided customers. They made eye contact with me while I was waiting at the register, then looked away and refused to come over. It felt like they were playing hot potato to see who would actually have to help. There was no urgency, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. Walgreens needs to take a serious look at this location because the experience was unacceptable.

I understand I was picking my medication up early but I was told to pick them up, I could have waited, no problem. They were rude, spoke to me like I was a child. They have also told me I should move so I can receive FedEx at my home. Due to them hating this part of their job-they won't even try to get your packages. They sign to send packages back and don't call if a package is delivered. Sad to say this option of picking up Amazon sent by fed ex has been a total failure.
