Being very uncomfortable from my dental procedure I did not feel well at all. In normal fashion, I walked up to the "pick up" counter. One woman in the pharmacy, walking past the window, pointed out into the store and, in a spouting, non-responsive manner said "The line is over there. Go stand over there so you don't block the isle." I politely abided by her wishes. While waiting I noticed there was not a placard or sign redirecting the counter line in any direction! I looked behind me, to the left and right, and there were no other people in the area, as far as public traffic. When I was finally called to approach the window, I was then told "my prescription was there, but not filled, and I would have to come back after 3 p.m., because it would soon be lunchtime for the employees." So I left. I came back in three hours and was told "they didn't have one of my scripts." This seemed to me, unnecessary neglect, because, instead of calling me, or reviewing my file at the time they asked me to come back, they caused me to drive back a second time, still in pain. One of the employees then became spiteful and mocking angry with me when I questioned them as to why they didn't call me or communicate with me, so I could have made other arrangements. Which then I was told "they didn't have a phone number for me." Which of course they should have, because I've had the same phone number for 25 years. It seems they would have caught that at the time my script was called in.. I only learned they didn't have my number on file when I finally asked to speak to the manager. When I returned at 4 p.m., having to get a baby sitter a second time, the three women behind the counter said at one point, "oh, she's the one who complained." The main pharmacist, having taking over the incident at this point, became more offensive after our conversation became escalated, stating she didn't have to fill any prescription if she didn't want to. So I guess out of spite, she didn't fill my remaining prescription I walked out at 4. p.m., having had my script called in at approximately 11:30 a.m. that morning, waiting all day with still no anti-inflammatory, nor Tylenol 3. The pharmacist called my dentist, accused me of an altercation and told my dentist they would not fill my prescription. I have forwarded a complaint to the Walgreen's complaint department, having been told by return email "it will be reviewed." It is now the next day and have heard nothing in return, as far as an apology from district office. I will never use Walgreens again. I feel I am owed a personal apology for the bullying, aggravation, disrespect I was shown. They treated me with some sort of elderly disrespect, enforcing the old Covid mode to exercise control over the public on their terms. They displayed no regard for my pain and suffering, scoffed at my lack of understanding and inconvenience, then refused out of spite to fill the Tylenol 3 pain med. The next Walgreens is 25 miles from my home. and I have not had a chance to make the trip. Hopefully tomorrow. I hope the implant will not fail. It was very expensive and I should have had the anti-inflammatory that same day. I hope to drive 25 miles to the next pharmacy tomorrow. Coupled with some sort of power trip, I am still scratching my head at how they seemed to possess the power to tell me to sit down and shut up or you won't be waited on at all!

Pharmacy is horrible. Employees couldn't be more rude. They treat customers like they're doing them…read moresome great favor by filling your kid's prescription. Avoid this place.
