I have four significant pet peeves with this Sam's Club…read more.. As anyone who has been to a Sam's Club knows, the safety straps for children in the cart catch on the other carts when they are inserted into each other. This is well known, so why doesn't Sam's Club do something to fix it? Then on customer service, if you buy something that needs to be retrieved from the electronics cage, there is never an employee there to retrieve it. There's no button or way to call an employee so you have to wait around for minutes until you can get attention of an employee who always acts annoyed. In contrast, Costco has a friendly staff member waiting at their electronics room to retrieve your purchased item. Next pet peeve is one against customers. Customers leave the shopping carts in the corrals every which way resulting in shopping carts sticking out into the drive lanes. It only takes three seconds to insert the shopping cart into an existing line of carts...if we all would just do that. Lastly, the traffic and how you have to drive into and out of this Sam's Club absolutely needs to be reworked. And it feels like Sam's doesn't care about these issues. If Costco were more convenient, Sam's would never again see me.

He said I went the "wrong way" but there's no clear indication or barrier before I reached this side of the station. The plus side is that the Premium gas was significantly cheaper but the card machine wasn't able to read my Costco membership card. I had to scan the QR code from the Costco app. When I was about to leave, the other worker told me to turn my car around instead of going straight in order to exit the area. How was I supposed to know the pathing here when there are no clear indication? This is just poorly-managed station, just like its associated warehouse in this particular location.

I recently started using this pharmacy and my last visit proved I made the right choice. I was very sick and went straight from the doctor office to the pharmacy. The sweet lady who helped me, Amy, went over and beyond to help me. It is rare to get super good customer service these days, especially in a big store like Costco, but the prescriptions (3) were filled quickly and I was able to sit comfortably while I waited. I am so glad I made the switch!

Pro Tips: 1) Just in case you don't know, you don't need to be a Costco member to use the pharmacy…read more However, there is so much value in a Costco Membership, even if you just use it for gas I'd highly recommend it. 2) You may be able to get a Costco member discount on prescriptions not covered by insurance. 3) You can use Costco with Instacart but the prices are a little higher (for food) than if you have a membership. You can get prescriptions delivered via Instacart even if you don't have an Instacart subscription. Pharmacy Staff I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. I changed from private insurance to Medicare this year and they've gone out of their way many times to help me. Whether it's trying to get me a discount on a prescription that's not covered or helping me navigate the same day delivery function...they've been exceptionally helpful. I wish I could remember all the names of people that have helped me but some are Amy, Angie, Maliha and Sarah. Hospice Care My Mom, who's 95, went into hospice care this year which is incredibly stressful. It's one thing to be getting prescriptions to keep yourself well, it's another to be getting medications for someone at the end of their life. My Mom had a prescription we were getting filled at CVS. The bottle said "take two a day." So she was taking two at the same time. When we got the prescription from Costco it said "take two times a day." That might not seem like a big deal but the nuance of taking the medication at two different times has helped relieve a very annoying side effect she had. Personalized Service I've used many different local pharmacies and what they all have in common (sadly) is that it's an anonymous experience. It doesn't matter if you've been to the counter two or three times in the same day, you're essentially like a stranger they're seeing for the first time every time you visit. I'd like to give a shout out to Maliha because I had spoken to her on the phone one day trying to resolve a technical/delivery problem and the next day, she saw my name, remembered me and asked me if I was able to solve the problem after we spoke. I was completely floored to get that level of customer service which has almost disappeared in our society. Likewise, I want to acknowledge Amy for being kind and attentive when I was picking up a prescription for my Mom that wasn't quite ready. She came over to me a couple of times to assure me it was almost ready. When you use the word "hospice" in a conversation, you're saying that someone's life is close to the end. It's sad how so many people don't understand that. Amy obviously understood the stress of waiting for a medication for someone in hospice care and I genuinely appreciate her care and consideration. Highly recommend...it's really worth the effort to use Costco pharmacy. Park on the edge of the parking lot near the gas station for a more hassle free experience.

This Handee Hugo is on a corner of Capital Bd, I believe where it's crossed by Spring Forest. A…read moregood in-and-out, and the prices are usually on par with other nearby gas stations. The convenience store is quite tiny, though, and selection is very limited. These convenience stations just pale in comparison to a Sheetz! There's a "Velvet Touch" car wash here, though I couldn't tell if the wash was actually velvet. My car looked fine afterwards, and I usually don't send my car through a gas station car wash unless it's touchless.
