Each time we stopped at this QT located on the Tangerine exit off of I-10. The store was clean, the clerks were friendly and efficient. The pumps were well lit and all working. Gas is cheaper than up at home. Great stop along the way to fuel up, use the restroom, buy some food, snacks, and drinks. Easy to get to and leave from to return to the freeway when going either direction. Highly recommend if you live in the area or are just passing through like us.

I have learned from a reputable tow company that this company has a reputation of charging fees they are not allowed to. This company towed my car following an accident, without any agreement on the tow, they just left, no card, no information absolutely nothing. And then failed to contact me and tell me where they had my car, what they were charging me or what they continued to charge me. Silly me for assuming they would speak to me before leaving with my car! They towed my car less than a 5 minute drive down the road, yet charged me 350 dollars. When I asked the owner why their company did not provide information at the scene of the accident or information about the tow his response was, oh they get busy. When I asked about the exorbitant fees, other companies told me they would have charged less than a 100 dollars, his response was, well this is a big company. Wow, so much consideration for the person who was in the accident, so much consideration for anything except getting as much money out of you in an already bad situation as they can. I noticed on their website that their "great" reviews are all marked "anonymous". Makes one wonder who wrote them. Because anyone with half a brain does not enjoy being taken advantage of. Also they move the cars around in their lot with a forklift. So if your car is not already damaged enough, they can take care of this for you. Unbelievable they can live with themselves. I see a lot of 1 star reviews on this site. Seems to be a more realistic take on this place.
