So that's right - I eventually had to go in because the pay at the pump machine wasn't accepting my card. After waiting about five minutes at the counter with kids in my Jeep, a young man finally appears from what I assume were the restrooms with black cleaning gloves on still. No thank you, have a good afternoon, or anything after I filled up completely and he gave me my card back. Valero gas sold here.

Review is for 82nd and Frankford CVS. Extremely, disallusioned with staff in pharmacy department…read more Notified by text that a prescription was ready to pick up and went to pick up next day. Informed by clerk at register that it was not ready. She had not checked the computer system or the baskets that hold prescriptions. Furthermore, she just walked away from the register, while looking at her cell phone complaining to other staff that someone was not coming into work today. A different person came to the register and found the prescription. He informed me of the cost of the prescription, which seemed higher than normal. So, I asked if it was due to beginning of year and perhaps the deductibles not met yet. He stated yes. I asked if they had any coupons that could be used and he stated it probably would not make any difference. I asked if he could try and he said it would not be much if any difference. I asked again, if he could try their data base for coupons. After he checked, found out that there was a $50.00 savings in the price of the medication, which did make a significant difference for my budget. Unsure, if the attitude represents the reflection of the company's mission statement. The mission statement for CVS stated, "....to build a world of health around every consumer by delivering high quality, affordable, and accessible health care, putting medicine and wellness within reach..." Perhaps, the staff should familiarize themselves with the CVS mission statement. And perhaps, the CVS corporation could include a business model with an attitide more like Chick-fil-A, "To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A."

Then after I removed the two creamers I could not get the card reader to process either of 2 cards which are good, and then when i asked for help the 2 clerks ignored me. I finally said, loudly, I guess I'm not going to be able to buy this coffee, and was still ignored so I left the coffee and creamers and left the store.
